agreement between U.S. Imlnigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and the Manatee
County Sheriffs Office (MCSO) is terminated. On Septelnber 8, 2009, ICE was notified by
letter that MCSO no longer wanted to participate in the 287(g) Delegation of Authority
progrruTI.
