Session Goals:
This session is designed to introduce players to advanced ways of receiving the ball
called ' Adding to the Pass' . It' s very important for players to learn this technique as it
enables them to maintain control of the ball while continuing to move when receiving
the ball.
Personal Coaching Goals:
This technique will make it much harder for defenders to close down your players so
get your players to keep moving with the ball and not standing still to control the ball!
