RESUMEN
La presente investigacin tuvo por Objetivo Determinar los conocimientos sobre
salud sexual y reproductiva de las adolescentes de la Institucin Educativa Nuestra
Seora del Cocharcas Huancayo 2013. Materiales y Mtodos. Mtodo descriptivo
no experimental, tipo de investigacin aplicada de corte transversal retrospectivo.
Nivel de investigacin es descriptivo. La poblacin fue de 360 adolescentes, con una
muestra de 120 adolescentes. Tipo de muestreo. No probabilstico por conveniencia
Instrumento. Se empleo un cuestionario validado por juicios de expertos, que tena
21 tems, seis preguntas abiertas y quince preguntas tipo escala de Likert.
Resultados. En su mayora las adolescentes tienen 15 aos y residen en el distrito
de Chilca. Referente al nivel de conocimiento sobre la dimensin de anatoma y
fisiologa las adolescentes tienen un nivel alto de conocimiento, en la dimensin de
Infecciones de Transmisin Sexual tienen un nivel alto de conocimiento y en la
dimensin de mtodos anticonceptivos tienen un nivel bajo de conocimientos.
Conclusiones: Las adolescentes tienen un alto nivel de conocimientos sobre salud
sexual y reproductiva, predominando la dimensin de anatoma y fisiologa.

SUMMARY

The present research aimed to identify the knowledge on sexual and reproductive
health of adolescent girls in the educational institution Our Lady of the de Cocharcas.
Huancayo - 2013. Materials and Methods. Descriptive non-experimental method
applied type of sectional. A sampling was carried out in 120 adolescents, using a
validated questionnaire by judgments of experts, which had 21 items, six open
questions and fifteen questions Likert scale. Results. 62.5 % of the adolescents have
15 years, 37.5 % live in the district of Chilca, 100% have a high level of knowledge in
the dimensions: : Anatomy and Physiology; about sexually transmitted infections 60%
and on contraceptive methods, 60 %. Also, the 45.8 % of the adolescents have a high
knowledge on sexual and reproductive health, the 25% have knowledge of average
level and 29.2 % of the adolescents have a low knowledge. Conclusions: adolescent
girls have a high level of knowledge on sexual and reproductive health, dominated by
the dimension of anatomy and physiology.
