3. Promotion of the above officials have been made without prejudice
to the outcome of
pending
and new disciplinary cases, if ohy, and that punishment pertaining
to the
period
of lower post
shall continue to have its effect during the higher post

promotion.
4- Promotion of the above officials have been made without prejudice
to the outcome of
the Court Cases/ Civil Writ Petitions which might be going
on in any Lower CourU
High CourU Supreme Gourt and that the decision of iny iuch Court case shalt be
applicable to them.
5. The above officials on promotion may not be allowed to
join
at their new assignment
without obtaining the clearance chit from their controlling officers.
6. The above officials will be on probation
for one year as per Regutation 19.1 of
Erstwhile PSEB Service of Engineers (Civil) Regulations, 1gGS.
7. The above officials would have continued to work as JE (Givil) had he not been
promoted
as AE (Civil).
8. The above officials on promotion
shall not be entitled to seniority as AE (Civit) over
those who are othenrise senior to them but whose cases are not complete ior want of
certain formalities.
9. ln case the above officials on promotion
do not
join
at his new station of posting
within the stipulated period, their pay should not be released.
10. lf the above officials fails to
join,
on promotion,
at the proposed posting
station,
within one month, their promotion will be automatically considered as
-foregone

11. The promotion
of the above officials have been made on the basis of disciplinary
cases report received upto August 2013 from their respective Chief Engineers and if .
any new case (s) thereafter has been instituted, the decision of which affects the
promotion
of the official then he shall be liable to be reverted without any notice etc.

05 dt: 30.08.04.
12. The officials shall submit return of movable/ immovable property,
debits and other
liabilities on the prescribed form as required under Regulation i

erstwhile PSEB Employees Conduct Regulation, 1971 to the Gontrolling Officer who
shall fonrard the same to the Under Secretary/ Secret (Gazetted), Patiala.
13. The promotion
of the official at Sr. No. t has been made against the reserved quota
post meant for SC category officer.
