Acknowledgement of Rules and Responsibility, and Release of Liability Agreement

Deposit
The lessee understands that Bouncy Bash LLC. requires a 50% deposit to reserve any unit. The
remaining balance will be due at the time of delivery. Payments can be made by PayPal, Credit Card or
Money Order mailed to: Bouncy Bash LLC. (6432 Bellview Pines PL, Pensacola FL 32526). Rentals will not be
reserved until deposit has been received. The lessee may reschedule within 90 days or cancel by calling
Bouncy Bash LLC. All cancellations will be subject to a nonrefundable amount that is half of deposit taken.
($50 deposit, refund $25) ($100 deposit, refund $50)
The lessee understands that there will be a refundable $200.00 Cleaning and Damage deposit for all
units. Cleaning and Damage deposits will be taken by PayPal, Credit Card, or Money Order for an easier
refund.

Weather Policies
If an event is cancelled due to weather conditions by Bouncy Bash LLC. representatives or by the
lessee of the equipment 2 hours previous to delivery time, the date can be rescheduled within 90 days of the
original contract date without losing any money.
If the event is cancelled after the arrival of the equipment, the full amount will be due. However the
event can be rescheduled within 90 days of the original contract date with a delivery charge of $50.00.
If the event is attempted and is shortened or altered due to weather conditions or any weather
related conditions, such as facility limitations, the event will be considered completed and all obligations
satisfied.
Responsibility of Lessee
The lessee of the equipment will agree to provide :
A separate 20 amp circuit for each blower used. Some inflatables may require 2 blowers. The lessee
may have to obtain generators if sufficient power is not available.
The proper amount of extension cord(s) to allow the most efficient place for rental.
The proper amount of water hose(s) to allow the most efficient place for rental.
2 volunteers for each piece of equipment leased to supervise the use of the equipment, and to assist
in set-up and takedown of the equipment. (A Bouncy Bash LLC. representative will familiarize
volunteers with the operations of the safety of the equipment). If these volunteers cannot be
provided, a charge of $100 per hour will be assessed by the lessee.
Detailed directions to the event site and any emergency contact numbers needed for Bouncy Bash
LLC. representatives to contact the lessee at anytime.
The lessee of the equipment will agree to provide any permits or insurance coverage specific to the
event.
Rules and Maintenance of Rentals
General rules to follow during use of rentals :
Only compatible age groups and size shall use rentals units.
All users must REMOVE SHOES AND OTHER LOOSE ITEMS, SUCH AS JEWLRY, HAIR CLIPS, ECT.
before entering rental unit
Absolutely NO SILLY STRING, DRINKS, FOOD, GUM, CANDY, OR OTHER STICKY SUBSTANCES are
allowed in rental units.
The lessee understands that the $200.00 Cleaning and Damage deposit will not be refunded if any of the
above listed items are spilled or used on or in equipment and units by members of lessees group.
Lessee agrees to maintain the equipment in the same condition as when received.
Damaged Equipment
The lessee will be responsible for damages due to :
The site chosen be lessee for set-up of equipment
Lack of supervision be volunteers
Abuse and/or inappropriate use of the equipment.
The lessee understands that the $200.00 Cleaning and Damage deposit will not be refunded if the mentioned
damages occur.
If an event is shut down due to misuse of the equipment by lessee, the event will be considered complete and
all obligations satisfied.
Injury and Liability Waiver
Understand that all reasonable precautions have been taken to assure that Bouncy Bash LLC. is as
safe as possible.
The lessee acknowledges that inflatables and activities have inherent risk and may result in serious
injury, paralysis or death.
By leasing equipment from Bouncy Bash LLC. the lessee agrees to take responsibility for any
damages or injuries that could occur in the use of specified equipment. Any claim(s) from injuries that may
arise out of the use of specified equipment will be the lessees responsibility. The lessee acknowledges that
there are risk incidental to such participation. Accordingly, the lessee assumes the risk and dangers
associated with said participation, including but limited to muscle strains and the potentially serious injuries,
disability, paralysis, that could result from falls including death. Lessee aggresses to hold Bouncy Bash LLC.,
its owners, its directors, its employees, manufactures, sponsors, and subsidiaries harmless from any and all
claims.
Lessee agrees to follow the safety and responsibility rules of Bouncy Bash LLC. and acknowledge
failure to do so may result in expulsion for further rentals from Bouncy Bash LLC..
ANY UNAUTHORIZED CHANGES MADE TO THE CONTRACT, WILL CAUSE THE CONTRACT TO BE
CONSIDERED VOID.
I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGEEMENT AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND FULLY
UNDERSTAND ITS CONDITIONS.
