heard of and listen with. Otherwise, its just another image seen by the eyes and soon fades away.
It was on 1962, decades and years of existence have started for shaping millions and thousands of
people....
(f) Still we want to know...
What might being an Augustinian mean to them?
What does being an Augustinian mean to YOU?

forming people with oneness of mind and heart on the way to God hence the motto Virtus et

As basic standards, being a part of CSA B community instructs its Augustinians to have at least twelve
(12) units of Theology. Transferees that have already taken at least twelve (12) units are required to

(FINANCIAL POLICIES-female)
Being a part of a particular community means accountability. We are responsible for every measure
within the community we part. And one of these measures is our financial responsibility. This will
ensure that CSA B will continue to nourish Augustinian minds hereafter.
Settlement of fees can be done in instalment or single cash payment. Augustinians who prefer to settle
his/her financial responsibility for the full semester will enjoy a five percent discount on his/her
tuition fees. In relation, it is essential for an Augustinian settling for instalment to at least make the
minimum down payment. Remaining balances would be necessary to be settled on a monthly basis.
Making vital adjustments in tuition and other fees depending on the needs of CSA B may also be
implemented.
Failure to settle financial responsibility may mean corrective actions. These include late registration fee
for late enrolees as well as for dropping of any enrolled courses.
Although CSA B implements a No Permit No Exam Policy, Augustinians are still entitled for promissory
notes and post dated checks provided that the circumstances have been met.
Excess of payments will also be refunded once and Augustinian accomplishes the requirements needed
by the Accounting Office. Other payments include electronic fund transfers thru banks.
For the sake of Veritas, for transparency and truth, corresponds a crucial responsibility.

(NORMS OF CONDUCT-male)
How do we experience harmony? As part of shaping ones life, discipline is a must.
Augustinians neither smoke...
Vandalize...
Use, sell illegal drugs...
Nor Haze...
These are behaviours that contradict what we are and what we are made to be.
One must be proud of belonging to the CSA B community. We can display such pride by wearing our
college prescribed uniforms from Monday to Thursday. Friday then would allow us to wear the
appropriate casual attire we may use on an educational environment.
As to respect ones self, every Augustinian is encouraged to wear his/her School Identification every
time he enters and is within the campus.
Following these simple requests will mean the safety of each and every Augustinian. Thus, corrective
actions will also be implemented upon avoidance of the said reminders.
Safe Areas for evacuation in case of emergencies like earthquake or fire are also properly designated
on the campus, namely: the parking lot and open court. Panicking would not help. Always bear in mind
the necessary precautionary measures for these types of events.
Proper decorum must always be observed within and outside the campus. Students, even faculty and
staff, are all requested to observe silence and respect. Areas that may need these behaviours would be
the chapel, the library and within the classroom corridors. Additional information can be attained from
any member of the faculty and staff.
All Augustinians are meant to do such (aforementioned) so we can show the world that we really push
for the spirit of Unitas, oneness and togetherness.
