1. PRESENTATION

1.1. Description of our agency

Hidden Asia is a new travel agency which has been recently formed for over 2
years in Paris and has become well-known among the Senior travel-lovers in France
as a professional travel agency having specialized on operating unique tours towards
many beautiful obscure destinations in Asia, which are less busy among the other
industrialized tourist destinations and having plenty of natural and cultural surprises-
inherently endless attraction to the travellers, just like its name Hidden Asia.

The company is targeting at travellers who are French-speaking, 60 years old and
more belonging to upper-middle class and who are fond of Asias cultural discovery.
Those people with stable earnings and having plenty of time for their own interests,
discovering various unknown lands in the charming Asia. The company has aimed at
creating not only unforgettable experiences in these mysterious destinations but also
providing best services for the customers during their trip. Our network of partners
around Asia has done a great help of price decrease due to a cheaper price in
accommodation, transportation and other facilities. As a result, customers are able to
enjoy a less expensive package but with unchanged quality.

Generally, Hidden Asia popular destinations belong to China, Taiwan, Malaysia,
Japan, India and Vietnam but its most famous and unique journey must be a visit of
Fujian province, one of the most culturally and linguistically diverse provinces in
China, and Taiwan an Island with a lots of amazing sites to admire.

1.2. The Target

Our trip is designed for French people with 60 years old or more, retired or not.
Their SPC is the upper middle class. This trip is designed for active young-elderly
people who want to discover Asia.

Who says that the senior citizen just want to take care of their vegetable
garden or cook jam? Nowadays our elderly people still are motivated to travel and
learn from new cultures, politics and countries. They are curious, open-minded and
wish to discover new things: landscapes, gastronomy, local lifestyles with new habits
and customs. They also wish to transmit and legate their knowledge to their
grandchildren or children through pictures or souvenirs from their trip.

How to reach our target? Of course we need to be aware that our target will
not necessarily have facilities with social media, Internet etc. So in order to reach
them we will make an advertisement campaign in the main cities where our target
live (i.e. La Rochelle, South of France). We will also work closely with our partners
in different regions to promote our travel. We will promote specifically this trip - Fujian
and Taiwai through a little revue; see in annexe, we will send it by post to our
clients database and partners. We will also distribute this revue in locations
frequented by our target: supermarket, cultural stores, wellness center, restaurants,
and sports club as gymnastic, golf, aqua gym

1.3. Concept of the Product

If you especially prefer discovering rural heritages than blocking yourself in the
modern crowded cities in Asia with all-arranged boring schedules, a visit of nostalgic
Fujian in China and Taiwan, would satisfy your thirst of indulging your mind in the air
of beautiful nature as long as experience its special cultural heritages.
This tour is designing to give a maximum of comfort to our 20 guests, thats why
we choose to work mainly with 4* Hotels. In every city we visit, we rent a bus to
facilitate the different transfers and ride to special locations. It is important that our
clients can enjoy the journey without stress and without thinking one minute about
logistic.

The trip of 12 days and 9 nights would bring the 20 customers through different
special regions of Fujian and Taiwan such as Xiamen, Sun Moon Lake, Taipei, Wuyi.
Each of them, would promisingly provide the customers unforgettable memories of a
gentle rural beauty as well as a valuable chance to broaden their knowledge of a
diversified Fujian over its famous saying:
if you drive five miles in Fujian the culture changes, and if you drive ten
miles, the language does.

2. ON THE TOUR

2.1. The Itineraries

Like all adventures, we start by traveling!
Day 1: Meeting at 11am at the Airport Paris CDG - 13:15 Departure from CDG to
Hong Kong - Dinner included in the flight

Xia Men China
Day 2: 6:45 Arrival in Hong Kong Airport - 9:35 Departure from Hong Kong to Xiamen
- 11:05 Arrival in Xiamen and transfer from the airport to the Hotel LuJiang
Harbourview in Xiamen. After the lunch, go watch the HuLiShan repelled - the king
of the old world, such as listed in the Guinness book of world records Krupp cannon
(60 minutes). Then bicycle travel HuanDao road which is the only one color road in
China. Visit the scenic road in the golden beach. - Dinner at the Hotel

Day 3 : Take the breakfast in the LuJiang Harbourview Hotel - Start the day with a
visit to South PuTuo, which is the only Buddhist college in China - Listen a famous
course about Say Things in the open air by Master Hong Yi, who had a great
influence in southeast Asia - Lunch Visit the Botanic Garden of Xiamen Dinner at
the Hotel Go for a walk in the city center.

Gu Lang Yu Island
Day 4: Take your breakfast at the LuJiang Harbourview Hotel and Check out Visit
the famous Xiamen University Lunch Driving to ferry , then take the boat to the
Gu Lang Yu Island Check in to the Xiamen Tegoo Hotel Dinner at the Hotel
Tour the beach around the island by electric vehicle!
Day 5: Enjoy your breakfast at the Xiamen Tegoo Hotel and Check out Go to visit
the Island GuLangYu , admire the Sunlight crag, and go to the Piano Museum
Lunch Visit the Zheng Cheng Gong Memorial Hall and the HaoYue Garden
Dinner in a typical restaurant on the Island - Drive to the railway station, 23:40
departure for Wu Yi, and spent the night in the train

Wu Yi Mountains
Day 6: Take your breakfast in the train while admiring the landscapes! - Arrival in Wu
Yi at 12:30 Lunch in the city - Check in at the Wu Yi Mountain Villa Hotel - Visit
Mount Wu Yi by bamboo raft on the Jiu Qu River Dinner in the hotel.

Day 7 Have a breakfast at the Wu Yi Mountain Villa Hotel and Check Out Take the
cable car (tlphrique) and arrive to the top of the Mount Wu Yi- Enjoy your Lunch -
taste the tea Da Hong Pao, the most famous tea in China - Go downhill by
ropeway. Dinner in a local restaurant - Take the train to Xia Men 19:42, spent the
night in the train.

Day 8: Enjoy your Breakfast in the train while admire beautiful landscapes - Arrival
in Xiamen 8:09 - Driving from the railway station to the airport by bus - 11h40 Fly
from Xiamen to Tapei Install in the Tango Linsen Hotel and lunch in the city - Take
a walk around Xi Men Ting- Dinner at the Hotel - Visit the night market around
Taipei city

Day 9: Take your Breakefast at The Tango Hotel Taipei Linsen and check out Drive
from Tapeh to Sun Moon Lake and lunch - Visit Sun Moon Lake, CiEn Tower and
XuanGuang temple - Check in to the Riyue Tan Harbor Resort Hotel Take your
dinner at the Hotel

Day 10: Breakfast at the Riyue Tan Harbor Resort Hotel and check- out - Drive to Ali
Mountain and admire the sunrise, the sea of clouds, the forest and beautiful
landscapes, try the local train! Lunch Drive to Taipei, Check in to The Tango
Linsen Hotel and enjoy your dinner

Taipei - Taiwan
Day 11: Breakfast at Tango Linsen Hotel and check out - Visit Taipei National Palace
Museum which is and Tapei 101 - Lunch Have a walk in the city - Driving to the

3.1 Transportation

The trip in Xiamen: everyday we will need a bus to arrange the group from
hotel to the attractions or between different transportations. But sometimes, we just
use it one or two times per day, if we pay the rent for the whole day, it is too
expensive. So we consult and have an agreement with the rental car. The day 4 we
will only use the bus from the hotel to the ferry. Day 5 we will use the bus from the
ferry to the railway station and day 8 well use the bus from the railway station to the
airport, considering that, we reach an agreement that we use a half-day rental prices
instead of a whole day.


3.2 Accommodation

Discount justification what do you think about that? : It has been to 2 years
that we work well with the 5 hotels bellow, so we have negotiated special offer of 5%
discount on the room prices. In exchange, we assure them a fixe amount of booking
per year, re-negotiable each year.

3.3 Tour leader

The tour leader will accompany our 20 guests all along the trip, he will be there
since their beginning in Paris CDG, until the end same place 12 days after. He is
French and already experienced the field of Fujian and Taiwan. He has deep
knowledge about those area and knows our partners well (hotel, rental agency..). He
will be with the clients all along the Tour, included in every visit, breakfast, lunch, and
dinner, for free (agreement with our partners). The cost of his flight ticket and
accommodation (same hotel than the group) is including in the whole trip price
(supported by the client).

The aim of our tour leader is to share his knowledge about these regions with
our guests, makes sure that all the trip work smoothly, that all the meeting points, bus
transfers and visits are respected. He definitely is in load of the logistic part of the trip
and insure the clients comfort and wellness.

3.4 Local guide


We need the local guides in Sun Moon Lake and Ali Mountain. Which is mainly
owing to that the majority of population which lives in these two areas, is minority
nationality. The local guide speaks the languages of those different minorities and will
help the tour leader to speak with our local contact for the several visits. The local
guides are more familiar with the customers and behaviours, which can be more
convenient for us to travel in the area and be easier to understand the local culture.
Moreover he is a real asset for our tour as he has deep knowledge about the culture
and history of the region. The local guide will share the information with our guests.
