payments are to be mae accoringly'

The Secretary clarifie the members that 23* charges are inclue in the
cost of the flat but Internal 0e-elo,'ent /arges1 /on-ersion an!
Infrastru/ture 0e-$ Carges are not inclue in the cost& hence these are to be
pai by the members as an when emane by the Society' Secretary

informe that once the construction of the flats will be nearing completion& open
raw will be hel in the presence of all the members an flats will be allotte

ha contacte the ban( officials regaring the etails of the loan' /f any member

which will be got one at their own cost'

7n enAuiring from the members regaring transfer of membership& it is
clarifie that the membership can be transferre by an e>isting member only to
its bloo relations?immeiate family members li(e Mother& Father& 0eal .rother&
Sister& wife& son& aughter only' For all others& it will be treate as 1ew
Membership' For transfer of membership in such a manner& a transfer fee of
