At the outset ' we e(press our whole hearted respects to the honest
few pu)lic ser*ants in pu)lic ser*ice including +udiciary. ,owe*er'
the corrupt in pu)lic ser*ice don-t deser*e respect as indi*iduals
as they are parasites in our legal system. Still we respect the chairs
they occupy )ut not the corrupt indi*iduals.

we)links mentioned )elow forms part of this appeal. "he
term /J012%3 mentioned throught includes all pu)lic ser*ants
discharging +udicial functions right from taluk magistrates ' 4uasi-

#ndian &egal . Judicial System is manipulated at *arious stages & is
for sale. #t is a S,A6%. "he persons who raise their *oice seeking
+ustice are silenced in many ways. "he criminal ne(us has already
attempted to silence me in many ways . #f anything untoward
happens to me or to my family mem)ers ' my dependents '

honoura)le supreme court of #ndia & other go*ernment
authorities' in apprehending criminals including corrupt +udges &
police. ,erewith ' we once again appeal to the honoura)le
supreme court of #ndia ' to consider this as a $#& Appeal in pu)lic
interest.

silence with respect to !"# applications literally no information
was gi*en to 889 of 4ueries nor you transferred the 4ueries to
respecti*e department which can pro*ide answer . "his silence
or intentional negligence of duty amounts to crime co*er
up. 1ue to improper action on your part crimes which could ha*e
)een nipped at the )ud :information of crime gi*en )y us to
S5#; happened ' which amounts to a)etting crime. Once again if

are reinforcing the proof that concerned supreme court of india

1 . How many judges are booked for graft , sexual crimes , crimes against
women , irregularities , amassing disproportionate wealth , failure of duty ,

. are the action taken similar to commoners , common people committing
same type of crimes ?

payment notices nor taking appropriate legal actions , in time . Howe"er the
public ser"ants take their thousands of rupees salary & perks well in time without fail

/he information is sought were answers to the following .uestions mentioned in the
below mentioned websites . the .uestions concerned the past , present
continuing injustices meted out to millions of *ndian citiCens , due to wrong $ illegal
workpractices of *ndian judges , police & public ser"ants . /he information we sought
would expose the traitors , anti'nationals , criminals in public ser"ice ./he information
we are seeking are no defense secrets , no national secrets ./he truthful information

donHt ha"e legal powers to prosecute high & mighty ,constitutional functionaries. /hey

complainant to police station took statements from me all for closing the

complainant $ accussed $ witnessesha"e a right to ascertain the integrity , honesty of the
trial court judge & in"estigating police officers to ensure they are not biased and

1S$ among si( arrested on charge of deer hunting

>orest 1epartment authorities on >riday arrested 1eputy :uperintendent of
4olice D7*1E, 2ysore, /.G. 1harmesh and fi"e others for allegedly hunting
down a spotted deer in the 8mkara forest range of Fandipur /iger 3eser"e.
/he carcass of the male deer with a bullet injury was found in 9aganapura
third block in the forest range, according to >orest 1epartment sources.
/hey said the >orest staff saw the accused in the forest range during routine
patrolling early on >riday and took them into their custody. /hey later combed
the area and found the deer carcass. :enior >orest officers rushed to the spot
on getting the information and conducted in"estigation.
,/he deer carcass had entry and exit bullet wound. /he post'mortem was
performed and the "iscera samples ha"e been preser"ed,- the sources said. 0
case under the 6ildlife 4rotection 0ct, 1)&2, has been booked against the
accused.

1A5O#"? )y 6ysore $olice - An em)arrassment for police top
)rass

2ysore= :outhern 3ange *54Hs gunman 4rakash has reportedly named some
senior policemen as his partners'in'crime in the 3s2'crore seiCe'swindle
scam.
4rakash was thoroughly grilled following his arrest on /uesday. :ources in the
police said 4G 5arg, additional director general of police of the 7*1Kit being
the agency probing the caseKinterrogated 4rakash, the gunman ser"ing *54 G
3amachandra 3ao. :ources in the police department did not identify the top
cops 4rakash has reportedly named.
:ources in police said that two members of the s.uad that raided the bus were
not supposed to be there. 6hen intercepted, the bus was in Jelawal policeHs
jurisdiction, but the police s.uad had two members working with Fannur
police.
2eanwhile, sub'inspector ;agadish and :athish, who were part of the team
that raided the bus, were arrested when they came to Fangalore to apply for
anticipatory bail.
15&*54 <alrokhuma 4achau has asked the 7*1 to lea"e no stone unturned in
the in"estigation and to get incriminating e"idence against e"ery policeman
in"ol"ed in the case, regardless of his rank.
4olice sources said the 7*1 has obtained the telephonic con"ersation between
4rakash and the police informants who tipped him off about the bus carrying
the moolah. :ources said 4rakash, the informants and the raiding party
exchanged many a call the night the bus was raided and the cash was seiCed.

Hussein and cleaner 2uneer into custody. /he bus was first taken to Jelwal
police station and later some policemen asked the dri"er to park the bus on
2ysore'Fantwal Highway.
/he policemen allegedly took six bags of money kept in the bus and dumped
one of them containing cash 3s2+ lakh in the tools box of the "ehicle.
6hile the dri"er denied that he was aware of the money kept in the tool box,
the >*3 mentioned that he was illegally carrying cash 3s2+ lakh.
0fter the dri"er came out on bail, some gold merchants from Gerala accused
the police of swindling their money. /hey claimed that the money was
obtained from the sale of gold in Fangalore by their local agents. /hey also
claimed that the money was kept in a secret box located in the middle of the
bus floor and that it was known only to the dri"er.
/he gold merchants also approached Gerala home minister 3amesh
7hennithala, who asked his Garnataka counterpart to look into the matter.

applied for anticipatory bail. /he 7*1 has so far arrested four people,

*n 0ugust 2++2, a group led by the then assistant commissioner of police

customs officials and robbed the two employees, who were returning to Gerala
in a pri"ate bus. Felliyappa was dismissed for his in"ol"ement in the case.

constables were suspended for allegedly extorting 3s lakh from an old
offender by threatening to book him in a false case. /he errant policemen had
extorted money from ;a"ed, who had complained about it to 174 D:outh
BastE. 0 preliminary internal probe re"ealed that the policemen had recei"ed
3s lakh and had distributed the money among themsel"es and they were

1espite being warned by the chief minister and the home minister to not
in"ol"e in illegal acti"ities, the Fangalore police personnel, time and again, are

Carnataka high court hon)le 6r.1inakar :now ele*ated to supreme
court of #ndia; +ust on assuming offices within hours scrapped
disciplinary in4uiry proceedings against HEES erring +udges. #n
such a short time no human )eing can study all the cases in detail '
then how come he arri*ed at this *ital decision in such short time>
Who are those HEES +udges facing en4uiry >
BIGE .!ecently in the Carnataka state ' high court found out that a
district +udge without conducting hearings properly ' entering
fictious dates of hearings :which happens to )e go*ernment
holidays ; facilitated in e(onerating a top politician . has the court
en4uired into the pre*ious +udgements of the accussed +udge > did
it find any wrongdoings>
BIGI. As per law ' while on duty a person should not )e drunk '
under the influence of alchohol ' as it limits the functioning of his
senses & )rain. "hat is why the acts & sayings of drunkards '
committed . said when they are drunk are not taken seriously.
,owe*er most of the police officers after e*ening hours are drunk '
in that state only they apprehend many suspects & produce those
suspects at the residences of magistrates )efore magistrate during
wee hours . night. Some of of the +udges are also drunk during that
time. 1oes the senses of drunken police & +udges work properly to
do their respecti*e duties in identifying criminals ' apprehending
them & to issue +udicial orders. Are these actions of police & +udges
in drunken state legal >
