Remarks: The outlet located at the rear exterior is an older non GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit

Interrupter) outlet. While this type of outlet was likely acceptable when it was

installed, replacing it with a GFCI type outlet will provide an added layer of

protection as well as bring it up to today's standards.

In 2009, New York State Governor Paterson signed into law - Amanda's Law,

the foundation and appears to have a partial blockage which is causing a

constant dripping.

Remarks: Clear the blockage from the downspout and extend the discharge away from the
