Verificationand Counseling for UPSEE-2014.
As it is already informed, in order to conduct the task of verification /

Followingminimuminfrastructure isamust for successful conduction of
thesaidtask.
a. 10-12faculty members haveto beidentified who will bedeputed
exclusivelyfor theworkof document verification.
b. Toobtain digital signatures for all such identifiedpersons.
c. At least eight (8) counters equipped with computer, printer,
scanner and internet connectivity of at least 10Mbps set up at a
place that is convenient for forming a queue of around 8-10
candidates.
d. A computer lab with internet connectivity of at least 10 Mbps
having20computers havingreasonably latest configurations.
e. Primary backup through UPS and secondary backup through
generator
f. A designated desk called 'HelpDesk' equipped with a computer
with internet connectivity and telephone for clarifying candidates
doubt oncounseling procedure.
g. General facilities to candidates/parents such as waiting hall,
drinking water, washroomsetc.
