BACKGROUND

HN Company was established in 1997 with an objective to provide complete solution of problems started
from planning to implementation of work. The quality and timely execution of work is top priority of the
company. After passing juvenile stages of establishment, the company extended its scope of work and
area of expertise in various infrastructural works. The horizon of company extended to various fields to
the satisfaction of clients, which is evident from the credentials issued by the clients. During the formation
of the company, various targeted subsidiary units were formed to handle socialized works separately for
better management practices for faster growth. Under the evolutionary changes, the planning and
consultancy umbrella of HN Company, the units were developed as separate companies. With the
evolutionary changes in policy, the planning and consultancy group has been designated as HN
Business Consultants (HNBC) to bear the responsibility of consulting services and eventually expended
with the inclusion of various specialized sectors. The HNBC was formed in 2011 to function as separate
company and registered under Registrar Firm and Society under the companies act, 1956.

The capacity enhancement of HNBC started with objective to provide proper solution of problem in cost
effective manner. The integrated approach with ensured sustainable conservation and management of
