    FROM : CHEF OFFICE

    SUBJECT : Sleeping during duty hours

    We value your work with us as an employee, and we hope we can continue


    procuring your services on mutually-beneficial terms. As discussed to you about
    your duties and responsibility you have completely failed on procuring the duties
    which are given to you.

    It was found that you were sleeping during your duty time at night shift l language
    to Mr. Paul Edison and shouting before guest. Out of confrontation you took
    outside persons to manhandle Mr. Paul Edison and this act is a barbaric one and
    it spoils the working environment and work culture.

    It displays general negligence and irresponsibility on your part and hence you are
    warned and also notified that any future occurrence of such nature shall attract
    serious disciplinary action.
