Payment policy:
> All package rates are fixed and non-negotiable.
> Full amount is due upon signing of the Hajj application form of the Ministry
of Religious Affairs.
> Payment is to be made by Pay Order, Demand Draft, crossed cheque in favour of

> Any request for change in itinerary is subject to availability of hotel accommodation
and flight and will result in change of the package price.
Refund policy:
> After submission of Hajj application form to Ministry of Religious Affairs, the payment
made is non refundable.
> Hajj Draft amount will be refunded after receipt from the Ministry of Religious Affairs.
> As per airline policy, ticket once issued is non refundable.
