This matter comes before the Court upon the Written Application for Default Judgment
on Plaintiffs Petition filed by the Plaintiff herein and re!uesting that the Court find in default
the Defendants "ory #$ Putnam and %amantha &$ Putnam n'('a %amantha &ae )lsen on its
action to foreclose its #ortgage$
Plaintiff has filed a Written Application for Default Judgment a *otice of +ntent to
,ile Written Application for Default Judgment and an Affida-it of #ailing *otice of same in
accordance .ith +o.a &ules of Ci-il Procedure 1$/01 through 1$/01$ Plaintiff has also filed an
Affida-it relating to the Defendants military ser-ice under the %oldiers and %ailors Ci-il &elief
Act and applies for a default 2udgment against the Defendants abo-e named$
The Court finds from an inspection of the record that the Defendants "ory #$ Putnam
and %amatha &$ Putnam n'('a %amantha &ae )lsen are not nor ha-e been in the military ser-ice$
The Court finds that the Defendants ha-e been duly and legally ser-ed .ith proper
)riginal *otices as sho.n by the Proofs of %er-ice on file herein3 the Defendants are .ithin the
2urisdiction of the Court3 that the time for all appearances has passed3 and no Defendant has

forth.ith after the redemption period to put such grantee in immediate possession of the entire
premises3 and if any deficiency remains that a 8eneral 6?ecution issue against the goods
