a state policy to uphold and protect the freedom of the press even at the campus
level and to promote the development and /ro,th of campus 0ournalism as a
means of stren/thenin/ ethical values, encoura/in/ critical and creative thin+in/
and developin/ moral character and personal discipline of the ilipino youth&
This pro0ect aimed at improvin/ the 0ournalistic s+ills of students
concerned and promotin/ responsible and free 0ournalism&

III. Objectives
In publishin/ a school paper, the students are e1pected to:
a& have bac+/round +no,led/e or speciali2ed information needed to understand
issues&
b& Encoura/es e1chan/e of ideas amon/ citi2ens ,hich is essential for a
democracy to ,or+&
