Beginning
We all seek and need containers that support and renew us energetically. Spaces that we create with
intention and bless from our heart renew and energize us providing the serenity we need to return to
our center and wholeness. In our busyness we may be devoid of such spaces yet simple processes can
help us regain this space easily and quickly.

It is an individual preference as to what is most renewing. Sanctuary may be as varied as: home, family,
yoga practice, your garden, favorite place in nature, a cabin in the woods, workshop, sweat lodge, back
porch, meditation space, church, greeting the sunrise or sunset, AA meeting, friends, riding a bike,
listening to music, walking or authentic supportive conversation and the depth of true connection with
another. What makes your personal sanctuary an extraordinary experience is your awareness of its
special nature, your intention, quality of connection with yourself, presence, reverence and gratitude for
the spaciousness of the experience.

This journal provides distinctions and illustrations of the ways in which we humans create wholeness
within ourselves by creating the container or space sanctuary - for return to the authentic thriving
spirit that I AM and YOU ARE.

One thing that I know for sure is self-indulgence often is accompanied by a sick feeling or remorse.
Twenty four hour television, constantly repeating news, TV that celebrates the gruesome side of
humanity and crime, overuse of food, clutter, porn, drugs, alcohol, gambling - casts a numbing
unhealthy pallor across the emotional, mental, spiritual and physical being. All you can do from there,
as Jackson Browne says is "get up and do it again! AMEN." The Amen punctuates the righteousness, at
least in America, of this exhausting way of life. Here is the kicker. We choose this numbing behavior
through habit, adrenaline addiction, and other unconscious approaches to stress release.

This journal was inspired by The Divine. I am supported and compelled in this writing which took place
primarily in October 2013. Writing fulfills a sanctuary of types, the need to be still, listen, to create to
allow inspiration to flow. Awakening a few years ago from the zombie nightmare of pursuits of

exhaustion like TV, excess food and overwork I began to ask myself, how do I really want to spend my
time? Knowing how easy it is to just veg out I began to visualize spaces that would enhance my desired
experience. The next thing that happened once I began de-cluttering and re-creating a few new sacred
spaces for myself is the prominence of the word Sancturary in my mind. It was like a billboard.

My hope is that my journey will inspire your journey and the creation of sanctuary in your life.
Sanctuary that which is created by you, conscious and nurtured by you.

Each section of this journal provides space for you to reflect, brainstorm, mind map, journal, draw or
note your thoughts. There is no right or wrong, whatever comes to you is the right insight that may be
followed by more insights, visions and activity.

I thank you for taking the time to nurture and heal yourself in this way. As we heal ourselves we heal
our world.

The ordeal of clutter

As an American I can attest to our consumption addiction. We have learned to make it our primary
sport. It's as if more and more is better-will make us feel good. Shopping replaces the gathering
instincts of our ancestors foraging. We can become trapped in a world of clutter unable to sort out
what is essential and what we can release. This behavior can become a habit of thought as well. It can
truly be an ordeal to sort out.

A friend who inspired this section of the journal shared a story about inheriting her mother's stuff. She
recognizes feeling a bit stifled by this stuff in her basement. Her intention is to go through this stuff and
her entire house making sure each item is consciously selected. She wants nothing in her space that is
unconsciously selected. Wow, she's my anti-clutter role model! Though I am not sure I have her
discipline or commitment to perfection she did help open my thinking on this subject. And she helped
me begin steps to de-clutter, an impulse that I had felt for years and hadn't acted on.

We have forgotten what indigenous people know, that the give-away is enlivening. When giving away
our stuff, the energy of release activates receiving. One day soon we will be able to effortlessly expire,
give back on our out breath and receive our highest good on our in breath. I like to practice this with a
visualization and the feeling of a light blue wave, in and out, receive and give back.

I recently talked with a man seated next to me on an airplane that smelled so strongly of alcohol that I
wondered if I'd get drunk from the fumes. Later he shared that he had a sleepless night in the airport
due to flight issues and lack of available hotel rooms, which made me more understanding.

When everything
seems to oppose you,
When you feel you

He went on to voluntarily share that he had just visited his best friend in Portland and described her
lifestyle and cost of living enviously. He felt renewed by his time with her on her island home. He said
how much he loved these visits. He loved the sanctuary of her place. He then began telling me about
his life in New York City and how much he hated the cost of his tiny apartment, the life style, pressure to
keep it all going. He said he was miserable every day and he didn't know how to get out. I opened my
heart thinking of how to offer healing and what came out of my mouth was "sounds like you are ready
to re-imagine your life." If this man is to accomplish his goal he will need sanctuary, the gracious space
in which to re-create in order to succeed.

Today I had a different conversation with a family member that suffers from anxiety. She talked about
her life-long habit of feeling anxious and accepted it as a given, part of her being. She said her life would
be fantastic if she could solve this one issue of constant worry.

This is a habit I have experienced myself in the past. Once I began my daily practice of meditation,
sanctuary of the mind, spirit and heart, the worry habit dissipated. It is rare now that my mind wakes
me with repetitive worrisome thoughts. My healing sanctuary of meditation brings me to trust the
gracious protection that is always all around us.

A friend of mine needs to sell her house. She sold a business 13 years ago and has found that the
records she has kept have been extremely useful several times to document for example transactions
that weren't correctly recorded. She is stymied however in starting her home sale prep by this office full
of paper. It is keeping her from starting the home sale preparatory process and she is disgusted by her
own behavior. I'm sure we can all relate to this dilemma. How often have we watched ourselves in
horror and continued down that road of habituated response?

I mention these situations to describe the clutter of the mind, psyche, emotional, physical bodies and
spaces and how intertwined they are. How does one start to find the way out when you are
overwhelmed with cluttered spaces and thought?

The answer in my mind is Sanctuary. A container is needed, a space of some sort to "break the state" of
illness so that one can re-imagine health and alternatives and be given the gift of receiving a new vision.
Once your vision is seen and felt your clear intention and focus will gather to you all the support and
abundance necessary for the flow of good.

We are often most plagued by the clutter in our minds and our spaces. I am no exception.

Turning the corner for me began with my habit of daily meditation. For me it is mental, emotional and
spiritual sanctuary.

As a recent empty nester I have also begun to attend to the clutter in my home which is the
accumulation of a life with kids and distractions that have resulted in bookshelves, closets, garage and
an office full of about twice as much stuff as I need. I feel the energetic pull of all this stuff, it is a mental
distraction.

Often we find ourselves spending time attending to our stuff, shuffling, rearranging, cleaning; or worse,
letting it accumulate.

Sandra Marie 2014

Feng Shui, the art of arranging your home and spaces energetically suggests that if you feel stuck, you
should move and clean 21 items in your immediate environment. Lately I've taken to cleaning a drawer,
a portion of a closet or the basement just to get that high of cleansing and releasing. As above so below,
as without, so within. I am practicing the exhilaration of this cleansing and releasing process. I know it
will help me internalize the process of release on other levels as well.

Some of my "stuff" goes to charity, some to Craigs list, some to trash. And it always feels great. I come
away with renewed energy EVERY time.

My husband and I have set a goal to clear all the clutter in our house within five years or sooner. At that
point we may sell our home but at the least our kids won't be stuck with sorting and cleaning up the
crap of our lifetime. This feels like a realistic and energizing goal.

The point is you can't create sanctuary in the midst of mental, emotional or physical clutter. What might
you need to do to clean out and clear up in order to be ready to prepare your sanctuary?

Preparing Your Physical Sanctuary

The space we create around us can be physical, three dimensional or etheric.

Etheric spaces are those we carry with us as we go about our life and our day. Or those that we
consciously create as we enter into intentional sanctuary as a group, such as in a meeting, a meditation
or workshop.

Intentionally created spaces full of love and light are perceptible. People settle down, trust, heal and
open to the energy and themselves.

Here are a few examples.

My back porch faces a lovely tiered space of trees and flowers. When we took down an ailing tree it
created more light and as a result I was moved to rearrange our outdoor dining table and the lounge
furniture. The furniture consists of a coffee table, love seat and two chairs. It is brown plastic wicker
with a tan, brown and green cushions. I placed these in the new space shuffling the furniture a few
times to get it right, facing the foliage. I then placed the outdoor heater, a hurricane lamp, our hanging
decorations, chimes and electric lamp for evening reading. I intend to replace that with an inexpensive
IKEA hanging lamp soon and add outdoor curtains to enclose the space when it's cool and extend the
time we can sit here year round.
Silence is the language of
god,
all else is poor translation.
Rumi

This is a space that I meditate in mornings when I am connecting with the elements. It is a space we
enjoy with visitors and family, particularly around sunset. My husband lounges here sometimes with a
cigar. I from time to time read here. It is our urban nature retreat. We intend to paint the cement
retaining wall at the back next spring. I am contemplating the color pallette.

As I have said, this book was inspired by my discomfort with how I was using my time. I often think of
my stone wrap jewelry work and how I'd just like to have a space that is ready to go with my tools and
stones. I realize that I need to spend more time creating. The artistic nature of stone wrap jewelry is a
perfect outlet for me.

So I dreamed a little. Before sleep and as you awake are the most fertile times to just rest and envision
or feel through something you are contemplating. Ideas and plans seed and blossom quickly from this
half-sleep brain state. You are tuning into your intuitive creative source.

I have a table facing our U shaped house overlooking our courtyard and the neighbors back porch. The
neighbors use their back porch and I can see their activity. Consequently I've let the table become
cluttered and unused as a creative space. I began to imagine buying a small drafting table and moving it
to another part of the room but then realized that would add clutter and not solve the problem. I like
working by the window. In the summer I have a fountain below that area and it adds to the ambiance.

The curtains here are somewhat sheer, dark plum colored, rich against the periwinkle blue wall. I have a
silk tree and a deep red brown folding screen. I imagined a cleaned and organized space with more
boundary between me and the neighbors.

I went to Staples and bought a rolling file box, cleaned the table sorting the stuff there that I wanted to
keep into file folders. I moved organized boxes and baskets of other materials to the left of the table. I
placed the live plant on the clean table with some bookends to hold upcoming reading and folders I
want at my fingertips.

I retrieved another divider, which have the same red wood hue as the table. I placed each divider with
one panel placed over the curtain and window and one side next to the table. I had to try several times
to get a feeling of coziness, barrier from the neighbors and open inviting space at the same time. The
$20 rolling file will be my only expenses.

Sanctifying your space is also essential. This room that Ive been discussing is also my meditation space
so it is encircled with six crystals pointing upward. Ive spent time with each of the six quartz crystals,
while in a state of love and light so they are charged with this energy. Remember that quartz is silicon,
the same silicon that is in your computer chip. Silicon retains information and amplifies it back to you
(remember that the first radios were called crystal sets because they used crystals to transmit the radio
wave). In this room I also intend to prepare an inner stone grid that I place for creativity and talent when
I am creating jewelry.

What type of spaces have you created? What spaces do you imagine?

Contemplation and Planning
What types of sanctuary do you crave?
Sandra Marie 2014

Where in your house or favorite places can you create spaces for you?

What qualities would you like the space to have? What colors, icons, pictures, plants or objects within
the space would add depth and richness to this space? Choose only a few, keep it sparse rather than
cluttered. If you need inspiration go to a bookstore that has lots of home decorating books and
magazines and browse.

Before sleeping or as you awake, enter your dream state and begin to see and feel what this space could
look and feel like. Luxuriate in your appreciation of what it would be like to be in this space.

What do you already have at hand that you can use to make this space? What second hand stores or
garage sales might provide the few things you might want to purchase? Invite these objects to come to
you with ease at just the right price and at the right time.

What time of day and day of the week would you be most energized and equally inspired to begin a
playful approach to designing your space? Would you like music or your favorite radio station playing or
complete silence? Do you need to dance or walk or talk to a friend before you begin to gain inspiration?

Creating the learning event sanctuary

Teachers and instructors have an obligation to set the tone and intention when beginning a workshop or
learning event. You are setting the energy of the event.

Healing workshops often begin with a prayer, invocation or ceremony.

If you are teaching healing I suggest your invocation include:
the groups pure intention as a channel of love and light;
invite in the masters, angels and guides
a statement proclaiming that your activities will serve the highest good of all

As a Lightworker I contemplate before any event the spiritual energies that will be joining. In my
morning meditation prior to the event I invite the higher selves of participants to join us. I open an
intention for direction of the opening ritual or conversation and then wait for what kinesthetically feels
right.

I may call in the six directions with my drum and an invitation to the elements.
I may share the Primus meditation and ask each person about their intention.
I may play my crystal bowls and add an invocation.

This process is best if intuitively guided. The point is to invite the energetic guidance of the people
engaged in your workshop into the energetic circle of light and allow a space and time for their
transition and your intention to merge according to each person's unique energetic pattern. You can be
assured then that whatever happens will be for the highest good of all.

Words are a pretext. It is
the inner bond that draws
one person to another,
not words.
Rumi
Sandra Marie 2014

My process is not dissimilar as a facilitator and instructor in the business environment. Before any
facilitated event I spend time meditating and inviting the higher selves of participants to bring their best
selves into the event as a collaboration of the higher selves of those in the event. I then listen for
inspiration as to how to begin the event.

In my role as a leader in a business workshop I am searching for an opening message to share or discuss
that will quickly allow people to get to an aspect of the core of what we will be working with or the
personal core of who they are and want to be during the session. Some of the qualities of an opening
message might be: kernels of truth or authentic workplace cares and concerns. The key is vulnerability
and safety.

Setting the tone is essential. It brings each participants highest vibration to the table so to speak. Once
we are off on the right foot the flow is effortless. Authentic connection has been made. As the leader,
one needs to be authentic and vulnerable which invites others to be authentic and vulnerable so that
the right work will happen.

The goal is higher thought, higher mind, inspiration and authentic conversations. Trust in the Divine is
what brings authenticity about. It is the facilitator or teacher's intention and focus on tone setting that
engenders results.

Contemplation
What opportunities do you have to set the tone, authenticity and depth of an event?

As a leader?

As a group member?

How could you prepare to be intuitively guided to bring sanctuary to this learning community? What is
your intention?

Are there safety concerns, mentally, emotionally, spiritually real or imagined- that might prevent you
from supporting the best efforts of the group? If so, how might you address them?
Sandra Marie 2014

Authentic Conversations

How often do I find myself joining in a conversation of complaint and woe? The answer used to be
often.

As healing has flooded our planet we received messages from fellow Lightworkers to let go of the drama
of this unhealthy entertainment and speak the world the way we would like it be. When we entertain
the negative dramas we do at least two unhealthy things. We override our own internal guidance and
re-creations and we feed the energy of what has been rather than the lives we all so crave and want to
create.

I have been blessed with and honed the skills of listening, facilitating, teaching and coaching. Others
may find this new found habit of mine, re-directing dramatic conversations annoying and I do so
nonetheless. My other choice is to walk away. I am interested in conversations that serve our humanity
and avoid those that detract from it.

For those who would like more direction here is a short description of my approach. It always starts
with observance, listening and attention to find an opening that is vital rather than stagnant, that would
serve both of you in the conversation.
The light which shines
in the eye is really the
light of the heart. The
light which fills the
heart is the light of
God.
Rumi
Sandra Marie 2014

This morning my cab driver opened with a negative comment on the weather and I in my old habit of
affiliation, fell in leading another negative conversation about the government shut down. Affiliation, it
is so natural isnt it. Ooops! My realization was then followed by an intention, what do I want? The
answer, to turn this short interlude we two humans would briefly have together in a new direction. I
had asked the driver to go through a drive up coffee shop so we had an opportunity to "break state"
that is hit the pause button. I then started talking about the kinds of communities we love to live in
where we can trust and thrive. This interlude took place in Anacortes, Washington and I postulated that
neither of us would want to live in Washington D.C., the site of another shooting that was blaring
constantly on the news. I said how much I appreciated my shuttle drivers of the night before. I put
myself in their hands and they were lovely. I shared that I felt cared for.

The cab driver then began to tell me how he takes the elderly of his community to the grocery store and
pharmacy for free or sometimes he takes a $5 tip. He said he sometimes goes in and helps the person
shop if he thinks they might have difficulty. Wow! How much better was that than the direction of our
original conversation! I was gifted and uplifted by his story because I paid attention and looked for a
potential re-direction.

When you try this approach and are gifted as I have been, remember to be grateful. If the conversation
doesn't turn remember you may be giving the gift to the other person, a listening ear. You still have the
opportunity to be a portable sanctuary by either summarizing what you've heard so the person can hear
themselves or making a gentle observation. In the beginning of this journal I noted an observation I
made to my seat mate on the plane. It may or may not have been helpful but it was a gentle path
forward it sounds like you are ready to re-imagine your life?

My intent here is to keep my comments loving, listening from my heart center. It is not an intention to
be right which would be ego driven.

One of the greatest bits of advice I ever received was a question asked can never be retrieved. Your
conversation doesnt need to go further. It's like a fish hook in the person's brain. My heart intent was
to offer my seat mate an opening. I kept asking my guidance, and opening my heart energy, asking what
is this about, how can I help? That observation flowed out of me and in so doing I was gifted with an
opportunity to be of service. As long as your service flows from your heart you need not fear your ego's
desire to direct or co-dependently help. Your heart's intention will open the door for the Divine to flow
into and through you. You will know that all is well when you take a moment to see the gift in the
situation.

How much better is that than being irritated by others conversation? I should know in the past I've
spent time in that space myself.

Contemplation:

Recall a few recent conversations that went in a negative or overly dramatic direction.
How did that feel?

Sandra Marie 2014

What cues can you use in the future to remind yourself to start paying attention to the
opportunity to redirect?

Choose one of those conversations and rewind it in your mind, imagining that you find the
perfect opportunity to serve both of you in finding a better path. How does that feel?

Sandra Marie 2014

What really turns you on?
For 40 years Ive sought out hot springs. Luckily Ive lived in New Mexico and Colorado where there are
some phenomenal spots to de-stress and re-energize.
Why are hot springs great sanctuaries? The waters are rejuvenating because the hot springs themselves
are planetary energetic vortices. As a Peruvian shaman once said to me, the energy in these places
spirals up from the earth and down from the cosmos in the opposite direction. Spirals are ancient
symbols of these energetic pairings and are an essential point of nature.
I find a variety of types of nature are essential sanctuary. The vistas, wind, trees, rocks, water and sun
connect and balance all of our energies and open our hearts and spirits to nurturing. Earth, fire, water,
wind and the combination of all is spirit. We are effortlessly rebalanced as we use that which is without
and bring it within ourselves. Wholeness is regained.
Equally renewing are sacred sites that have been places of worship, such as the Incan stone structures in
Peru and the pyramids of Mexico. Have you ever wondered why so many people are drawn to these
places? Its not just the history. The stones contain memory of worship and holy practices. Your
association with these places unpacks ancient memories within your spirit of the intentions and rituals
stimulating again from the outside in. Wherever you are drawn to on the planet is the right place for
you to go for sanctuary of the sacred. You can find it in Moab, Utah, in Mesa Verde National Park or the
on the San Juan Islands of the Puget Sound. We are in the process of remembering what the ancients
knew, taught and lived that we are multi-dimensional beings of light and love. We are unlimited
potentiality and these places open memories for us.
Both light and
shadow are the dance
of Love.
Rumi

Sandra Marie 2014

I am also drawn to spiritual sanctuaries of the here and now. These are places of joy and celebration of
healing and wholeness. They are non-religious and open to all definitions of divine love and light. Luckily
I have found several great places over the years. But here, the quality of sanctuary is different.
It is the communing with those of similar intent and for me, a non-religious focus, that stimulates the
opening of my heart and spirit. It is the intent of all participants to share their love and the withholding
of judgment of a right or wrong way to celebrate ones spirit. We are supported in ever increasing
spirals of light, healing and increasing love and passion for life.
A sanctuary of love and healing for me has also been provided by Sai-Maa. She is a living master. Her
blessings (Darshan) and being in space and communion with her are a privilege of the highest order.
Another type of sanctuary that I seek is sound healing events. I am blessed to have been opened to the
channeled sound healing of Tom Kenyon in 2010. This together with my trip to Peru that same year
were opening events that I am pleased to say have helped me evolve quickly. I also have a dear friends
who are sound healers, offering full moon, solstice and equinox concerts. Their co-creating musicians
use crystal bowls, gongs. One of their team plays the didgeridoo. Listening to the didj balances all of
your chakras at once.
Not all sound healing events are comfortable. Ive been uncomfortable in many but realize that the
discomfort is a temporary cleansing and clearing of my human crystal aiding me in opening to higher
capacities of love and light.
My husband is a dead head. He finds the sanctuary of the music and community of followers of the
former Grateful Dead musicians a renewing and uplifting experience. Tim writes:
Sometimes the container or the sacred space we create doesnt LOOK like that at all. One of my
sacred places is in the Phil Zone which is the area in front of bassist Phil Lesh at a Grateful
Dead concert. The Phil Zone appears chaotic: people moving in all directions, the sound of the
base shaking your bones, many people are high on drugs and/or alcohol, and of course the band
(including its many variations since the death of Jerry Garcia), when on, is screaming at the
top of its collective lungs. How can such a space be called sacred?
Two reference points: 1) The feeling that one has within during this chaotic, tribal ritual: the
sense of communion with the band and with the people in the Zone; the love of the music, and
the sense of belonging to a society which is replete with secret symbols, words, and meaning; 2)
the feeling that one has afterward: love of each person, especially those who have lived the last
three hours within the Zone; love of self, love of the music; and a feeling that no matter how
chaotic the outer world may seem, that ultimately we are connected and on the right path.

Crystal and Stone Grids
By now youve figured out that my approach is metaphysical. Yet my crystal and stone teacher is as
much a scientist as a metaphysician and Ive been glad to have been instructed in the quantum physics
of what has in popular culture been considered woo-woo spiritual stuff. Crystals and stones work
because your body knows what to do with minerals. Stones are minerals, comprised of chemical
components. We have about two thirds of the chemical periodic chart within our bodies.
We ingest light (photosynthesis) through plant matter. Minerals help transmit light in our bodies. We
cannot survive without the minerals in our food, which is sadly depleted unless you grow your own food
with composted material or buy organic foods and take mineral supplements.
Ive also already mentioned the science of memory and stone, specifically silicon, the silicon chip and
quartz crystals. Quartz both remembers and is programmable and at the same time amplifies (like in
the first crystal set radios) electromagnetic energy. According to NASA, EM- electromagnetic energy and
light are the same thing. EMs carry information. From the laser, to the xray to the highest EM
frequency, gama rays from the sun which emit nutrinos and photons we are designed to take in and
receive EM light energy. We are crystalline structures designed to send and receive light (information).
The spiral helixes of our DNA, the crystal of our pineal gland, the rhombic crystals of the hemoglobin,
our bones which are the stone of our bodies and the hormonal elixir which transmits all of this
information is an astounding library that we are just beginning to learn about and understand.
based on empirical findings from our own laboratory, as well as from established laboratories
around the worldthe most suggestive evidence for the coherence of the organism is our
discovery in 1992, that all living organisms are liquid crystallinethe activities of the organism
are fully coordinated in a continuum from the macroscopic to the molecular. The organism is
coherent beyond our wildest dreams. Every part is in communication with every other part
through a dynamic, tunable, responsive, liquid crystalline medium that pervades the whole
body, from the organs and tissues to the interior of every cell. Liquid crystallinity gives

organisms their characteristic flexibility, exquisite sensitivity and responsiveness, thus
optimizing the rapid intercommunication that enables the organism to function as a coherent
whole.

Creating sanctuary in healing and meditation spaces is amplified and enhanced by resonating with love
and light while holding individual quartz crystals and stones. This is how crystals and stones are
programmed. You then place your stones in appropriate geometries within your rooms replicating their
internal physical structure (quartz structure is six). This information can be found at webmineral.com
choose the crystal tab for chrystallography.
One can create grids that amplify and protect or you can create grids that enhance creativity and

Working with crystal and stones one can create the conditions for optimal elemental balance, healing
and advancement. If you are not in balance your energy will be blocked in your flow and manifestation
on many levels.
Your chakras represent the elements, the earth chakras earth star (planet earth) and root chakra; the
fire chakras, sacral and solar plexus; the water chakras, heart and throat; the wind chakras, third eye

to be responsible for them.
That impact exists because we come into resonance with the highest frequency energy fields in our
environment. Why not be the highest frequency of love and light in any room or situation and bring
everyone up to your level? What a service we are when we are consciously in this space. With this
intent and practice you truly serve as the Lightworker you came here to be.
The process is fairly simple to learn. The best resource for a beginner is the Primus meditation. You can
download it from: http://www.crystalisinstitute.com/store.html

We all have different faces,
characters and names. If God
wanted us to be all the same, He
would have done it. Not to
respect the differences, to accuse
the others for our faults is not to
respect God.

Contemplation:
Are you ready to take the next steps in being whole and evolving? What do you do to balance and heal
yourself?

How do you want to be of service in the world?

Are you willing to take fifteen to thirty minutes each day to do the Primus meditation, for the next six
weeks?

Getting started 10 Steps
1. Review and highlight your notes in this journal.
2. Breathe in inspiration golden light; breathe out, expiration, gratitude from your heart as your
enter your sanctuary. Breathe in receive; breathe out, give back.
3. Invite in your guides, masters and muses to influence your intuition. Youll be surprised how
much assistance you will begin to receive.
4. Dreamtime before you fall asleep and when you wake are your most important meditation
and exploration times. Use these times to seed your intention and direction, to meditate, pray
and send healing to yourself and others.
5. Dream envision and feel into your dreams; ask your angels and guides to help show you the
way to manifest them. Then trust the results, following serendipity and intuition. Little effort,
much listening and surrender. Keep your dream warm by speaking about it, feeling it, seeing it.
6. Optimistic realism its one thing to be excited, passionate and optimistic. Its another to create
daily discipline. Define your sanctuary experiences and be disciplined about keeping these
appointments with yourself. This is self-love. Self-love is the basis of fully receiving the divine
and living a life that exudes loving action.
7. Chose two of the actions you noted in your journal and plan six weeks of disciplined follow
through. This creates new habits and the opportunity to recognize the impact of your new
behaviors.
8. Coaching and intuitive guidance. There are many metaphysical resources available to you, on
line as well as physical and etheric meeting places and centers. Sometimes you need one type
of assistance, other times another resource may be the best for you. Use your internal guidance
but dont wait. Engage, commune with those that are on the path to higher consciousness and
deeper spiritual pursuits. You will be brought along quickly, swept up in the resonance of love
and light.

Closing - Pay it forward; create sacred space wherever you go

I want to recommend to you that you think about how you are in the world. When someone close to
you is struggling, do you take a moment to send them love from your heart? Not the thought of love,
the feeling of love.

Do you consciously create the space you are in and move about in each day as a sanctuary such that it
positively infuses you and others with love?

Here are some resources for you on your journey.

My soul is from elsewhere, I'm
sure of that, and I intend to
end up there.

Doing as others told me,
I was Blind.
Coming when others
called me, I was Lost.
Then I left everyone,
myself as well.
Then I found Everyone,
Myself as well.
