A victorious afternoon to all!!!

VICTORIOUS!!! This characterizes my emotion right this very moment as I shall
be graduating and be further confirmed as an elementary graduate of Victory Child
Learning Center. Victorious, in that I shall be finishing basic elementary education and
be receiving my diploma with flying colors. Victorious, because we are the first batch of
graduating elementary pupil of this institution.
MORE VICTORIOUS!!! These what characterize the feelings of our parents and
guardians and allother people close to our hearts. Thank you our loving parents for
sending us to school for six long years of basic elementary education. Our teachers also
share the same feelings like our parents because they are the very people who have been
patiently educating and imparting us with wisdom and values.
MOST VICTORIOUS!!! No other than the Omniscient, Omnipotent and
Omnipresent God above!!!The source of everything the very reason why we should live
VICTORIOUSLY. And these we are always thankful for. Thank God for those unlimited
knowledge, understanding, wisdom, strength and power. Thank You God for giving such
wonderful people to us- our dearest parents, our ever patient teachers, our friends,
classmates and schoolmates, and to all persons who contributed to who I become and
what I will be tomorrow.
What our mind conceives our body will achieve. DREAM is the start of every
undertaking a dream may be a goal, an objective or a mission to accomplish. In our
case, our mission to finish elementary education is FINALLY ACCOMPLISHED.

Then, we also BELIEVED. Believe that in all things we can do through Christ
who relentlessly blesses and strengthens me. Faith is the absence of fear. Believe, that in
every thing we do, we will succeed. Believe that whatever great mountains are set before
our eyes, we can and we will conquer. Believe that through Gods help we will be
victorious in every we can and in every way we are.
Lastly, we ACHIEVE. Our achievement is the result of any undertaking as
produced by hard work and industry. In our case, the result is the GRADUATION in the
elementary. Graduating with flying colors. But graduating with flying colors is not a
must, for as long as we did all our best efforts in any undertaking. WE ARE
VICTORIOUS!!! We are winners because, we never quitand we never will give up.

My fellow graduates, together we shall dream believeand achieve once again
as we set foot in high school and create remarkable achievements all for Gods greatest
glory.
An honourable day once again to one and all!!!

This very day marks the great jubilation of our parents and our teachers whose
relentless and major roles and functions in shaping up our physical, intellectual, moral,
and spiritual aspects of our life have never faltered, since the day one of our setting foot
in the elementary as grade 1 pupils up to this very moment that we are to complete our
elementary education, embarking into the next chapter of our journey in high school,
does then and there their guidance and wisdom they imparted to us continue to abide in
us extending to our future endeavors. And with profound gratitude we take our hats off
to our beloved parents and teachers for their commendable job!
On this very day such important people who are behind our success today will be given
due honor and appreciation as they celebrate with us this special day which is actually
and directly dedicated to them as sweet fruits of their labor, in that finally their earnest
efforts in affording us the best education we could have, have come into fruition and
further harvest.
Yes! Our completion and success of our elementary education is deemed as the
SWEETEST FRUIT as graduates in the elementary that we could ever bear. Fruits from
the toils, hardships and industry of our ever loving parents and quality elementary
education as the output or the result of our teachers selfless efforts and love in effecting
learning to us.
Soonest, we will be leaving the portals of Victory Child Learning Center, yet the great
memories we experienced here had formed part as milestones in our lives as elementary
pupils and the great learning experience we will treasure in our hearts forever during
our lifetime. Every person we meet every day in this institution, if not directly may have
indirectly affected and contributed something in our character as we communed with
them. From maintenance officer, Tito Pato, Nang Laarni and Tita Aruba and Lola
Renee who never get tired of providing us to satisfy our hungry stomachs and all those
not mentioned but with deep appreciation from the bottom of our hearts and soul we
salute to you! Kudos to you all!
Striving for VICTORY for Gods Greatest Glory is the theme for this 8th Closing
Exercises. Victory is the achievement of mastery or success in a struggle or endeavor
against the odd or difficulties, as defined by Merriam-Webster dictionary. In a much
simpler definition in the Advanced English dictionary, VICTORY is a successful ending
of a struggle or contest. Yes, some of us may be successful in the way we receive our
certificates or diplomas, awards and honors, graduating with flying colors is a measure
of success to many. A chapter of our life has just ended since we were able to complete
the basic education for the elementary. Yet, it does not merely end there. We still have to
sail and embark on a new destination. Young as I am, it is with great conviction that I
can say that education is a ticket to a victorious journey.
EDUCATION isa determinate legacy ofparents to their children that will serve as the
very tool for their children to prepare for LIFE. For some parents belonging to the
impoverished, EDUCATION is a thing of great worth they could afford to give to their
children in order for them to alleviate from dire poverty and escalate their socio-
economic status or social strata. Education, nowadays may be deemed as the be-all and
end-all of any endeavor in order to succeed in life. Education through the years has
become an asset, and the continuous acquisition and accumulation of which can never
be a liability since you always get your ROI or the return on investment as what it is
termed in the business and commerce world. Through constant education, you will
always obtain profits, profits that are definitely not just capable of pecuniary realization
but profits of perennial benefits to proliferate to generation after generation. What am I
talking about here... does not insinuate that I will take a business course in college or be
a businessman after I finish college What am I saying is that what we sow is what we
reap. What we conceive is what our body will achieve. As the famous quotation by Ralph
Waldo Emerson puts it, Sow a thought and you reap an action; sow an act and you reap
a habit; sow a habit and you reap a character; sow a character and you reap a destiny.
Indeed we are the ones designing our destiny. And it starts from a simple thought up to
being ones character. God gave us the free will to always exercise our volition and make
best choices. Intellect is what separates us from animals and brutes. Thats why we are
superior to other creatures because we have what they call in Psychology as id, ego and
superego.
These days the popular saying that goes, Knowledge is power is indeed very true and
actually prevailing since if one person has knowledge about many essential and complex
things he becomes SOMEONE in the society and can definitely speak life to his dreams,
goals and aspirations in life. The continuous search for the truth in many ways will
usher us to the brighter tomorrow and converge all our philosophy, vision and dreams
in life that will definitely affect our eternity. Thats why our present shall be perceivable
and reflected in our future. It is for that note that parents invest much on their
childrens education and as partners- teachers do much of educating the young minds,
touching their lives and transforming them. To effect learning is the ultimate end of
every teacher in transferring every information to become knowledge, and every
insights, foresights and even hindsights to form part of the wisdom.
Being a youth, this a challenge to all of us and we must act on the call of pursuing
higher and further knowledge in the future and advocate for the right and truthful
things. We must pledge that this gift of learning that originates from the Divine
Provident who selflessly bestowed upon us such ability will not stop with us, but will
continue to spread and multiply all throughout the country today, and tomorrow to
conquer the world. We should always bear in mind WHO the giver of such gift is which
also includes our parents and teachers who personally realized such will of God the
gift is just a gift and it is futile should there be no giver. There is a saying that it is
better to give than to receive and when you receive you acknowledge the giver. Of
course, we do all these for God and for Him alone.
Fellow graduates and schoolmates, let us keep on dreaming, believing and
striving for VICTORY for Gods greatest glory.
Once again my warmest felicitations to my fellow graduates and their
parents.More power to one and all!!!
Thank you! Thanks to all of you! You will always have a special spot in our
hearts. ^^
