Dear Investor,

This drawdown notice is being issued pursuant to Clause 2.2 of the Contribution Agreement entered into
between you, the Trustees and Investment Advisor of INDIAREIT Fund Scheme V. With respect to this
notice of drawdown, you are required to make a payment of 540,000/- which is 20 % of your capital
commitment.

Further, in accordance with clause 12.1.2 of Contribution Agreement, you are also required to hereby
confirm that your residential status is that of a resident Indian and that you are permitted by Indian laws
and regulations to invest in the Fund.

The Drawdown Due Date for this call is 29
th
May 2014.

The payment is to be made so that the funds are received in respective locations by CAMS (who is our
service provider), on behalf of the Investment Advisor no later than 5.00 pm IST on 29
th
May 2014. Any
payment received after the due date will attract a penalty as per Fund documents.

The payment should be made by way of cheque in favour of INDIAREIT Fund Scheme V and sent to a
CAMS office at any of the locations as per the enclosed list. Please also note that cheques issued by 3
rd

parties will not be accepted unless accompanied by a relevant declaration.

Please also fill the attached transaction slip and submit the same to the CAMS office along with the
cheque details no later than 29
th
May 2014. It is important that you submit this slip so that a proper trail of
the payments is maintained. We wish to reiterate that this Fund is meant for Resident Indian investors
only and the drawdown payments should be made from domestic accounts only.
