Air Pollution

Writing an essay on environmental pollution will educate students on the many ways in which
human beings pollute the environment. When toxins and other chemical waste products are
introduced into the environment, it damage and causes instability and harm to the environment.
As environmental pollution is man made it is up to us to ensure that this problem is curtailed and
that we preserve our environment. An environmental pollution essay prompts the writer as well
as reader to realize these issues.
Environmental Pollution and its Causes
In order to write a good essay, you need to be familiar with the types of environmental pollution,
what it is and what causes it. Environmental pollution is the contamination of air, land and water
due to waste products which are man made. Toxic emissions polluting the atmosphere are the
main causes of Global Warming. Water pollution is leakage into ground water and liquid spills
etc. The oil leak in Mexico is one such example of water pollution. This has been named one of
the greatest environmental pollutions of the decade. If toxic elements leak into the ground
causing soil to be contaminated this is known as land pollution. As you can see there are many
elements which you can discuss in your environmental pollution essay.
Environment Pollution and the Quality of Life
Pollution is a killer. Pollution leads to health problems which in effect lower the quality of life.
Many people suffer from respiratory diseases, heart diseases, high blood pressure etc due to
environmental pollution. Your essay can discuss these elements and what should be done to
improve the quality of life. Some forms of toxic contaminations carry fatal repercussions such as
deformed births, cancer and sever nerve dieses.

Pollutions In Our Environment
Pollutions in Our Environment

Pollutions are everywhere and conquered our atmosphere. Pollution is well defined as the
introduction of contaminants into an environment that causes instability, disorder, harm or
discomfort to the ecosystem and also to the living organisms. There are many types of pollution
that contaminate our environment. The most common pollutions are air pollution and water
pollution. Air pollution is the contamination of the atmosphere by chemical substances whereas
water pollution is any human-caused contamination of water that reduces its usefulness to
humans and other organisms in nature. These types of pollutions are getting worse day by day.
Even though both of these types of pollutions have similarities, but then there are still differences
between them in regard to effect of pollution, sources of pollution, and also area of pollution.
Air and water pollution have similarities on their effect to ecosystem and also to the living
organisms. Both of them give bad effects to human beings and aquatic life as well. They pollute
our country and lower the world economic as there are no tourist is coming to our country. These
types of pollutions also cause a lot of diseases that can lead to death. Although they are similar
on their effect to ecosystem and to the living organisms, they are still different in that aspect. Air
pollution can kill many organisms including humans as they can cause respiratory disease,
cardiovascular disease, throat inflammation, chest pain, and congestion due to breathing
difficulties whereas water pollution can kill living organisms due to contamination of drinking
water by untreated sewage in developing countries. This is because oil spills from factories that
flow into the river can cause skin irritations and rashes. Water pollution also can cause cholera
disease which is one of the most rapidly fatal illnesses known.
Another similarity between air and water pollution is the source of pollution. Both of these...
