Registration for the Glasgow bow hunter field
day event where practical skills will be tested is
only taking place online through the FWP website,
and students are required to sign up in advance.
To register on the website, click on the Education
section, then Bow Hunter Education, then the Field

NSM ( New St Marie-LLC), SMDC (St

Marie Development Corp) DTM, and
EMS/GTMS own approximately 700 St.
Marie condo units...Have they fixed or
repaired anything to speak of? How much
have they spent to fix up their condo units?
What have they DEVELOPED or sold to
date? Do they even have a BUSINESS
PLAN?
Lets put things IN PERSPECTIVE. Which
group has the most MONEY INVESTED?
SMCA. Which group owns property
having the most VALUE? SMCA- $9
million dollars. Which group virtually pays
most all INFRASTRUCTURE costs (taxes,
water/sewer, insurance, association dues)?
SMCA. So WHO has SUPPORTED the
civil society of St. Marie, has DEVELOPED
properties, and STILL IS?
SMCA,
Whose members serve voluntarily on the
Association Boards WITHOUT PAY?
According to JUDICIAL LEGAL COURT
RULINGS the 251 condo owners residing
in St. Marie should CONTROL and
LEAD. The REASON that the BOARDS
and COMMITTEES are manned and
run by these folks is simple....theyre the
ones present at the Annual Meetings,
willing to serve WITHOUT PAY, and are
QUALIFIED to run for office. COMMON
SENSE dictates that result. ....it appears
DELUSIONAL to think otherwise.

Some SPEAKING, MEETING, and

WRITING in a NON-LEGAL fashion
with NON-LEGAL FACTS and NONEXISTENT LEGAL POWERS appear
to be NONSENSICAL. ......advertised
townhomes and townhome associations
(North Start Townhomes Declaration) that
do not exist, ALL property owners in St.
Marie are percentage owners per Montana
Law, it requires signature approval of ALL
St. Marie property owners to convert
condos to townhomes, sub division has
NOT been approved or taken place, quiet
title effort is IN PROCESS involving,
liened, clouded properties in litigation,
NSMs Mitchell told me and E-mailed me
that HE wanted NO PART of litigation
and he RE-ENFORED that message
with a current fax letter stating that his
proxies were a one time shot ONLY, last
year to be used for voting at the Annual
Village Meeting, drafting proposed new
Village Bylaws/Rules and Regs providing
for $1,000 fines that could be imposed,
opening the door for unreasonable
LARGE LIENS and FORECLOSURES for
infractions, writing proposed AMENDED
PROTECTIVE COVENANTS stating that
the VILLAGE ASSOCIATION has the
authority to provide ALL MUNICIPAL
FUNCTIONS including fire, police, water,
sewer, garbage removal, lighting, traffic
control, and street maintenance (Really?),
posting a Common Interest Owners
BILL OF RIGHTS ACT stating that one
may vote in Association matters even if
ones dues/fees are in arrears- this was a
PROPOSED DRAFT, NOT ENACTED
in Montana, so some THINK that they
should lead even though they HAVENT
been paying their bills? .....NUTS !
None of the previous has been embellished
or exaggerated.... The Truth Always
Prevails!

most welcomed*

Chosen to officiate the annual East - West Shrine Game later this Saturday are (left to right) Whitewaters Allie Olsen of the
Malta officiating crew, and the Glasgow football crew: Tyler Partridge, John Jones, Ken Jansa, Stan Ozark, Jon Bengochea,
and Dean Vegge. Dean, GHS graduate of 1980, played a whale of a game in the East -West Shrine Game in 1979. Adding
up the individual years put in by the Glasgow crew, they have over 112 years of blowing the whistle: Dean Vegge 27 years,
Stan Ozark 24 years (he was 21 years old when he started), Ken Jansa 21 years, Jon Bengochea 16 years, John Jones of
Nashua 14 years, and the young pup, Tyler Partridge, with 10 years of officiating. Add in Allie Olsens Twenty-some years and
youre knocking on the door of nearly a century and a halfs worth of experience. There is a need for new football officials in
the Glasgow and Malta circles. If youre interested in reffing, theyd love to help you get started.

Hospital for Children in Spokane, Washington.

These players were nominated by their schools and

of the best to participate in the 68th Montana Shrine
Game. They join an elite fraternity of players, many
of whom have gone on to distinguished collegiate and
professional careers.
In recent years, the Montana game has become
one of the top Shrine Games in the nation for hospital
donations. The 2013 Montana Shrine Game raised
$146,000, the top donation in the United States to date.
