Background I have spent a large part of my life working in Construction and Const.
Management. I have been employed as a Field Engineer, an Asst. Super,
Superintendent and a Project Manager. I have been Certified as a
Construction Superintendent for over Twenty years, and have worked in the
General Contracting, Design/Build and Project Management disciplines.

Education Safety Courses - fully versed and trained as per OHSA, 2003.
Certified Construction Superintendent, O.G.C.A. 1987.
Seneca College, Construction Management Certificate. 1986.
Ryerson Polytechnical Institute, Civil Engineering Technology Diploma. 1977.

Experience I am extremely knowledgeable in all types of construction with over thirty-two

years experience in the construction industry. I have experience with field
engineering, drafting, scheduling and estimating, and contract administration.
I am also I.T. competent, with knowledge of MS Word, Works, Excel and with
full use of e-mail for communications & record keeping.

St.Regis Crystal Inc, Markham, Ontario – Site Superintendent for the

Design-Build of a 24 FT high clear, 63.832 SF light manufacturing facility. This
project will include 17,052 SF of offices on two floors. The building will be
constructed with an architectural precast and glazing envelope. Project value
4.3 M.

Mason Investments, Mississauga, Ontario – Site Superintendent for the

Design-Build for a new industrial office and warehouse totaling 83,930 SF.
Standard construction including pre-cast concrete panels and structural steel.
Twelve truck dock levelers were required for this project. Project value 4.2 M.

Gredico Footwear Ltd, Mississauga, Ontario – Site Superintendent for the

new Design-Build industrial building of 50,000 SF. The construction of four
loading dock doors was required for this metal clad facility.
