Overview:-
There are six employees in an organization, belongs to
different age group, gender, and backgrounds. Some
are part time employees and some are full time
employees. In traditional working companies used to
give one benefit package fits all but now a days
companies give benefits to their employees in
accordance to their needs. These plans are commonly
known as flexible benefits program.
Its a case study of following employees namely:

2. Namitaben
3. Jatinbhai
4. Lalit
5. Mamta
6. Anant
Conclusion:
Nishita is a divorced women having three children
and if company gives her benefits in accordance to
her need. Her job productivity can improves a lot
and her behavior towards the organization will also
change
Namitaben is old age widow women, who work on a
part time bases. She already had a pension of
rs.52,000p.a and all required benefits are already
planned above. By utilizing those benefits her
behavior towards organization will be positive.
Jatinbhai by keeping in view about his family
benefits like college tuition reimbursement,
transport service, vacation, health care for
dependents etc are given so that he feel secure
and satisfy from company and can give good output
to company and should have nice behavior towards
company
Lalit is highly qualified, 26yrs old physically
impaired person. By giving him benefits like health
care (both), transport service and life insurance
will feel secure (by staying in the co.)and will give
positive behavior towards his work.
Mamta 22yr old young woman who recently has
started her carrier. its psychological proofed that
youngsters are more energetic, risk taking,
innovative, etc [the relationship b/w age and job
performance is an issue of increasing
performance]and by giving benefits according to
her need will automatically improve her
productively
Anant is 16 yr old college student. Having less
experience but he is a hard worker. If we give him
benefits according to his need, he will show more
hard work to company which in result improves his
productivity in work.

The organization influences and is
influenced by the people working in it. So a
deep and good care of workers gives result
of high productivity to organization.
