to you dated 6th August 2Afi. On the same, you have passed
order P21D27A8130066 to the Chief Secretary of Tamil Nadu on the 27th of August 201g. Because of
the following 6 reasons no official in the Government of Tamil Nadu will take any action against K M
Ramathal
1. Ramathal was instrumental in getting
Justice Regupathy of Chennai HC to pass

10896i2008) denying the basic right of a woman to-Sec

Except in cases of Dowry

2. ln the case of SelvaGanapathy vs Chairperson of State Commission forWomen, Ramathalwas
able to get the law in question
amended even as the trial was in progress
and thereby acquit herself
from the charges.

she was able to bend the law to enable
her acquittal.
3.ln the case of Shwetha Bathu, even after having ruled in July 2009 that the SCW should not
interfere in police
investigations in Sec 498A cases, the High Court of Madras itself has come round
to submitting to the designs of the SCW, then headed by Ramathal, and allowed the same case to be
settled under a section different from the original section of Sec 4gSA., within a matter of weeks.
4. On your
order dated 27th Augusl2013, the Chief Secretary of Tamil Nadu has been mysteriously
silent for more than 15 days. ls Ramathal using the office of tne Chief Secretary to proteit
herself
against a presidential
order?
5. The Supreme Court of lndia wrote to me letters dated 8th August and 3 Sep 2013 but signed both
the letters on 19 August 2013 and despatched both on 5th Sep 2OlS. How can a letter datJd 3'd
September 2013 be signed on the 19rh of August 2013? Who is behind this? ls Ramathal pre-empting
me from me approaching the custodian of my Article 21 andArticle 32, having already compromised-
my Artiele226?
6. Also, on 13 September I personally received a letter dated 26th August 2013 and despatched on
12'" of September 2A13 from the lncome Tax Officer, Krishnagiri( addressed to my younger brother
Jagan). Why is this letter dated the day before the day you passed
an order to the Chief Secretary of
Tamil Nadu regarding my own petition? And despatched on 12th Sep 2013, the day I was at the
District Collector's Office in Krishnagiri.? ls this done by Ramathal to further restrict my family
financially?
Further more, please consider these two things:
1. When Ramathal has been able to influence various above public offices, it is clear that no official in
Tamil nadu will take any action against her.
2. And, when I have officially named her with clear and strong grounds seeking her arrest in my
petition dated 6th August 2013 to you, every hour of delay and inaction is a continuing threat to me
and my family, resident in Hosur, Tamil Nadu.
lf Ramathal can play God with the state machinery of Tamil Nadu as her instrument, ls the institution
of the President of the lndia also being controlled by Ramathal?
lf I can rise above my personal suffering and pain to safeguard my institutions, why you cannot act,
sitting in the chair of the highest institution of my/our Republic?
Please take immediate action on above and my petition dated 6th August 2013, with the powers
available to your office. I do not want my petition dated 6th August 2013 to go the way of my letter
dated 24th March 2010.
