Zn hn PhosphatIng (Except staInIess steeIs)

At the moment we supply Zn and |n base PhosphatIng chemIcals for both hot and
cold PhosphatIng. We also had a cold method by brushIng for heavy components
such as bIg tanks and fabrIcated structures. The Zn base PhosphatIng gIves a
thIcker surface (@15 mIcron) than the |n base chemIcals. 8oth have theIr own
dIstInct advantages.


Advantages of PhosphatIng.

AntIrust coatIng. ncludIng automobIle components, many engIneerIng functIonal
ferrous parts needs a corrosIon protectIon. However surface protectIon lIke paInts
or any addItIve type coatIngs peels off after some tIme or have a lImIted scratch
proof ness. However Incase of PhosphatIng, as It reacts wIth the surface of the
metal and forms the protectIve layer whIch Is part of the metals, thIs Is most
effectIve way to prevent the corrosIon.

As a base for paInIng powder coatIng.

square foot and stands for S J618 class A2, and for salt spray test 72 hours has
