BRIEF WHY PANTAI REMIS HAVE TO DEVELOPED THE AREA. FOR THE
PUBLIC, NATURE ENVIRONMENT AND FISHERMAN COMMUNITIES..
Safe the natural environment The beach had been erosion by the waves.
We can do some protection for the beach area which done an fortress way.
Existing activities had been held over here by the public and the rubbish
made by them destroy the nature environment and trees.
To make more organized the places with the existing activities for the
public by trained them and gets more income to the village people.
The beach is muddy and couldnt done any activities so we can create
water park for the public. In process we will clean up the beach which now
a lot of rubbish become white sand.
We plan to give more income to the fisherman community by fishing
centre, some chalets, shells food restaurant and public retail shops.
Introduce shells that we cant get other places in Malaysia but here with
the technical of cooking by the village people.
The herbal over here are extremely grown well and we are used for the
SPA activities.
The nature trees and existing swamp we can preserve to do extreme park
activities for the teenagers such as jungle tracking, trust fall pole jump,
rock climbing and kayak activities.

We get some advice from the fishery community En. Omar that Pantai
Remis the nearest place to Pulau Angsa and it will be one stop centre for
fisherman activities.
Even the tourist from Japan and Korea loves to fish over here but the
accommodation which is not pleasant enough to them and thats why we
need to built the chalet more to the international look design.
We can also do some contest and promotion of the Selangor tourism by
the one stop centre for the tourism wants the nature environment out of the
Kuala Lumpur City.
In future we can do some best restaurant at the padi field and also some
chalets or resort for the overseas tourist with the Selangor Handcraft retail
shops at Tanjung Karang area provide with the local food from the padi
field.
We can do hot spring resort at Kuang Selangor and some factory outlets
for them who loves shopping .
We can explore the nature environment to do medical centre and SPA
centre who need private area to heal the mind and soul such as Bigger Loser
Camp.

CORPORATE ACTIVITIES..
The relaxation place for the corporate people by having SPA, meeting
room centre, business centre, sport centre (GYM), swimming pool, luxury
water chalets and international restaurants.
The wedding planner for the first time will be held at the beach and we
have a few multi-hall or by nature outdoor environment.
The corporate will have their family day over here because there is a lot
activities can be done.
The government sector can do some of their meetings, outdoor course,
and campaign.

The Joran Activities can be held here cause we have fishing centre to give
special services for them from fisherman community.
If Pantai Remis project is success, will bring up the value for the Kuala
Selangor Land and the development other places surrounding the Pantai
Remis area to the villagers income.
