the area of Novi Beograd, Block 23, across ``The Belgrade

U pogledu trenutnih i oekivanih investicija Beograd se
potvruje kao regionalni privredni i nansijski centar, koji
u poslednjih nekoliko godina belei mnogo bru dinami-
ku razvoja od svih gradova u regionu.
Prestonica Srbije moe se pohvaliti vievekovnom tradi-

B23 Ofce Park smeten je u centru Novog Beograda,

Ukupne povrine 57.000 m

, objekat je formiran od e-
tiri kule lamele. Povezane su vieetanim atrijumskim
prostorima sa ukupno devet panoramskih liftova i pro-
stranim trgom sa ureenom zelenom povrinom.
Poslovni blok objekta formiran je u etiri lamele A, B, C
i D, od nivoa 1 do nivoa 6. Namena prizemne etae i ga-
lerije je zajednika za ceo poslovni kompleks, s dodat-
nim sadrajima kongresnim salama, prezentacionim i
prateim prostorima.
Prostor centralnih lamela na nivou 6 predvien je za re-
laksaciju i zajednike sadraje.

FACILITIES
With total area of 57 000 m, the structure is consists of
four towers lame buildings, connected across multi-level
atrium spaces with nine panoramic elevators and ample
piazza with green area.
Business block of the structure comprise four lame build-
ings A, B, C and D, from level 1 to level 6. The ground
oor and gallery provides a common purpose for the
whole business complex with facilities such as congress
halls, reception areas, and other additional areas.
The space on level 6 of the central lame buildings is de-
signed for relaxation and group activities.

Sistem automatskog upravljanja objektom (CSNU).
Upravljanje i praenje svih tehnikih sistema i odrava-
nje ambijentalnih uslova rada u objektu regulie se sa
jednog mesta, kao i upravljanje poslovnim prostorom
osvetljenjem, klimatizacijom, motornim prozorima i
unutranjim zastorima u kancelarijskim prostorijama,
sa lica mesta za svaku prostoriju zasebno i daljinski
sa jednog mesta.

An automatic control system for a building (BMS). Con-
trol and monitoring of all technical systems and mainte-
nance of environmental working conditions in the struc-
ture and ofce space are regulated from one location,
as well as ofce management; illumination, air condition-
ing, electric drive windows and indoor window blinds in
ofces, could be regulated autonomously at each ofce
or remotely controlled from one center.

Pored osnovnog, ofce prostora, u okviru objekta nalaze
se raznovrsni pratei sadraji, koncipirani tako da omogu-

Modern architecture and superior technical solutions

Jo jedno od atraktivnih reenja je i trg ispred objekta,
okrenut prema Bulevaru Arsenija arnojevia. Savre-
meni urbani park ima peaku i restriktivno saobraajnu

Park sa obodnim pristupnim i ozelenjenim prostorima.

complex, facing Arsenije arnojevi Boulevard. Modern

Poslovni blok objekta je formiran u etiri lamele A, B, C i
D, od nivoa 1 do nivoa 6. Poslovni prostori koncipirani su
kao slobodni otvoreni prostori pejzanog ureenja, do ko-
jih se dolazi kroz jedinstvene vieetane holove s liftovskim
i stepeninim vertikalama i mostovima.
Pregraivanje poslovnog prostora mogue je realizovati
po eljama zakupaca.
