Multi Tray Pneumatic Seed Cleaners removes the impurities from
seeds. It is complete with suitable pneumatic system with Blower
motor cyclone collector (dust collector) pneumatic chamber,
required piping and all transit connection, motor for machine
drive. These trays remove the bigger impurities like stone pieces,
wooden pieces, iron particles etc. The same size of the impurities
and sticky dust is removed with the help of the pneumatic
system. After the seeds pass through the tray pneumatic system.

3 1 No Conveyor

Chain conveyor (Redler type) with chain mounted on
sprockets inside the casing and complete with chain tightening
arrangement and drive and all necessary accessories. To deliver
cleaned seeds to Destoner.

4 4 Nos Destoner

Vibratory type operating on vacuum principle. Steel box frame
with sieve slope adjustment. Sieve box supported on rubber
blocks with durable wooden sieve frames, covered with steel
screens, aluminium baffles and cleaners complete with
inspection windows and adjustable stone separation device
includes cyclones, air locks and air fans.

5 1 No Clean Seed Conveyor

Chain conveyor (Redler type) with chain mounted on
sprockets inside the casing and complete with chain tightening
arrangement and drive and all necessary accessories.

conveyor carries the meat to Pre-pressing section.

9 2 Nos Husk Conveyor

This conveyor carries the hulls to Hulls Godown (maximum
length 5 Mtr). Complete with Electrical motor with suitable
reduction gear with all accessories.

10 1 No Conveyor
Chain conveyor (Redler type) with chain mounted on sprockets
inside the casing and complete with chain tightening
arrangement and drive and all necessary accessories. To deliver
kernels from item No. 8 to conditioner

Multistage vertical cylindrical vessel with double bottom jacket
heating system in each stage, centrally located Agitator Shaft with
sweeps in each stage, level controlling system drive comprising of
reduction gearbox and motor etc.

Exclusions

The following services and equipment are excluded from the Seller's supply unless
they are otherwise specifically listed as provided by the Seller.

1. Independent insurance inspection and/or non-destructive testing of any pressure
vessels or pipe work or any other items that may be deemed necessary by the
Purchaser or his relevant Authorities.

2. Civil works, raw materials, chemical, finished product, By product of any kind such
as but not limited to buildings, foundations, supports, ladders or platforms.

3. Raw water storage, water softening unit and soft water distribution

4. The removal of products, water, condensate or any other substance from the
building/s housing the equipment.

5. Any fire equipment for the plant whether this is fixed or portable appliances,
sprinkler systems, water ring main and hydrants.

6. All expenses for labour, material, welding equipment, tools, temporary platforms,
cranes or any other equipment required to load, unload, assemble, erect or install
the equipment on site.

7. Tools, tackles and any consumables and/or chemicals for the process such as the
first filling of gearboxes, lubrication oils and greases heat transfer mediums etc.

8. Raw materials, chemical consumables for trial run and commissioning of plant

9. Erection, installation or constructional services of any kind. Preparation of the
complete installation for start-up, commissioning or training personnel in the
operation of the plant. (These services can be provided at an extra cost to be
agreed at time of request).

Engineering Back Up

1. Site plan based on proposed site indicating all buildings / process house
sizes and location.

2. Lay out drawings for process equipments along with load data, equipment
support details and its location

3. Foundation details for equipments/ items

4. Flow diagrams and P&I diagrams for process and utilities showing the main
process flow, pipeline sizes, valves and fittings and instrumentation.
Indications of where insulation is necessary will be marked on these
drawings

5. Kumar will provide plant and equipment drawings showing positional
relationship of the items to be supplied. (And indication of any necessary
access walkways and platforms if applicable).

6. Specifications for piping, showing material of construction for pipes, valves
and fittings and miscellaneous items for the various services.

7. Specifications in terms of material and thickness for insulation.

8. Drawings showing the outline dimensions, connection orientations and
weights.

9. Electrical drawing showing the control of the plant with process.

10. Upon completion of the shipment of the equipment, Kumar will provide
two (2) sets of manuals containing operating manuals for the Kumar
process system(s), assembly drawings and manuals of all major purchased
components, and assembly drawings of all Kumar designed equipment. All
manuals will be in the English language.

11. Kumar will arrange for supervisory staffs to supervise installation and
assembly of the plant. Supervision charges will be extra.

We reserve our right to change technical specifications or makes of equipment in
order to incorporate the latest development or modifications in the plant without
affecting the overall performance. All such modifications / changes shall be
informed to the Purchaser from time to time whenever to be incorporated or
implemented.
