I believe that every child deserves to have a quality education.
This education should be closely monitored by intelligent, caring
professionals whose only interest is seeing that they are given
every tool available to ensure their future success. I believe that
I am one of these individuals. Professionally, I served in the
military for 10 and a half years, training young soldiers in the
finer art of aircraft maintenance. This experience has prepared
me to transition from the airfield to the classroom. As an
educator, I offer you a result orientated, self-starter, who is
looking for the opportunity to expand his capabilities and
knowledge, while providing a needed service to the community.

according to the prescribed procedural reference, and
documented their work accurately.

As a shop supervisor I worked with Production Control
(PC) to ensure that aircraft maintenance was scheduled
and performed in a way conducive to maintaining the
units operational readiness. My additional responsibilities
were to provide training for shop personnel; coordinate
each individuals daily assignment; procure and maintain
shop materials, and account for and upkeep shop tools.
Airframe

As an aircraft mechanic I was tasked with evaluating,
researching, and performing repairs in accordance with the
approved maintenance manual; documenting in detail the
results of my repair actions; updating and maintaining the
aforementioned maintenance manuals; and observing and
reporting shop material levels to my immediate supervisor.
Production
Control Clerk:
As a production control clerk, using data entry and file
management skills I managed a computerized data base
that that dictated and directed the flow of maintenance for

upper tier managers as they developed a full
understanding of the companys operational abilities.

As a Mid-Level manager I had the opportunity to developed many traits
that can be used to enhance the capabilities of any organization. As a
capable business professional I am able to operate in a number of
positions a few of which are listed below. Professional Highlights:
Recovery Team Lead: Responsible for comprising a plan which
allowed for the safe return of downed aircraft to home station. I
directed and performed necessary actions that permitted aircraft that
experienced problems to be either flown or transported without
causing further damage.
Site Safety Officer: Responsible for ensuring that all company local
and federal regulation, such as OSHA, regarding safe operations were
adhered to. In cases where violations were found it was my duty to
ensure the appropriate personnel were inform and aid them in
becoming compliant.
Foreign Contract Ambassador: On several occasions I was
selected above my peers to travel outside the continental United
States to represent the interest of my employer. While acting in this
compactly I was charged with the task of developing foreign relations,
evaluating the capabilities of the proposed maintenance facility, and
establishing lines of communication between the two parties of
interest.
Contract Preservation Team Member: In instances, where teams
were unable to complete or fulfill their obligations (i.e., meet
impending deadlines, or inability to perform prescribed tasks), I along
with others would be sent to offsite locations where we would aid the
struggling team in completing their mission.
Infrastructure Setup: Being a supervisorial member of a mobile
team, it was my duty to assist the other supervisors in coming up
with a plan that would enable the team to function in a non-
permanent work situation. In doing this I became proficient in
organizing medium to large worksites.
