Activity of the Teacher Activities of the Students

4. The teacher explains how the disease is
transmitted
 Ang balatian nga TB indi palanublion.
Makalaton ang kagaw sang TB paagi sa The students activey listen to the lecture-
tawo nga naga-balatian sini kun siya mag- discussion of the teacher. They ask questions

the students will send one representative
to represent the group. (e.g. PINAKALABA)
And later, the teacher will reveal the rest
of the description. (e.g. ANG

who best suits the description wins.

 2.Hugasan ang kamot sang mayo

pagkatapos makakamlot sang plema o
sang nagamit na nga tisyu. Ang plema
kuntaminado sang kagaw, gani
kinahanglan gid nga ihaboy ang tisyu sang
insakto.

 3.Mag-usar sang mask ukon sang panyo

para pangtabon sa ilong kag baba kung
yara ka sa magutok nga lugar pareho sang
merkado, simbahan, jip, o malls.

 4.Indi kinahanglan nga ihaboy ang mga

butang pareho sang bayo, libro, baso,
kutsara, tinidor, kag iban pa kung
nakaupod mo ang may balatian nga TB.
Ang TB nagalaton lamang paagi sang
paghaklo sang kagaw indi paagi sang
pagkabutang.

 5.Indi magdupla bisan diin lang nga lugar

para indi maglapta ang kagaw.

 6.Magkaon sang mga masustansiya nga

pagkaon pareho sang utan, isda, karne,
prutas, gatas, kan-on, itlog kag iban pa
para magbaskug ang resistensiya sang
lawas.

 7.Ipaiway ang bisyo. Mag-untat sa

pagpanigarilyo kag pag-inum sang
makahulubog nga ilimnon.

 8.Kung nakabatyag ka sang 2 o 3 sa mga

sintomas, magkadto gilayon sa

 Proper Hand washing Technique:

 Magkanta sang duha ka “Happy Birthday
songs” samtang nagapanghugas. Matapos
lamang ang pagpanghugas kung matapos na
ang kanta.

8. The teacher suggests as to how the students
and community members can get help.
 Madamo sang nagakalain-lain nga pamaagi
kung paano kita makapangita bulig sa
pagpabulong kag pagpacheck-up kung kita
makabatyag sang simtomas sang TB.
Pwede kia nga makadiretso nsa aton mga
barangay health clinic agud matatapan kita
sang aton mga barangay health workers.
Maayo man kung maka-pacheck-up kita
diri biskan isa lang sa isa ka bulan. Kung
indi makaya sang barangay health workers
and pagtatap sa inyo, ipaga-referkamu na
nila sa mga clinics sa inyo municipalidad
kag siyempre, sa mga city hospitals nga
magabulig guid sa inyo.
 Para sa inyo impormasyon, naglunsad ang
DOH sang ginatawag ang TB Network, isa
ka programa nga nagadihon sang pamaagi
There are various ways on how we can acquire
help from our local government unit when it
comes to the treatment of tuberculosis. We can
immediately proceed to our Barangay health
clinics and ask for the aid of our Barangay health
workers. If the facilities cannot fully help us with
our needs, we will be referred to health clinics in
our Municiplaity and later on to city hospitals until
our needs are fully attended to. The government
has reenergized its fight against tuberculosis by the
creation of a TB network, a communication handle
of the National Tuberculosis Control Program that
includes local workers in LGU up to civic
organizations and hospitals, all for the fight against
TB.
