Terence Tao : Structure and Randomness in the Prime Numbers

Professor Terence Tao believes that there in no order in the Primes sequence
He and others before him are wrong - see pages 7,8 and 14 and

Tao is one of the winners of the The Inaugural Breakthrough Prizes in Mathematics

Terence Tao starts with a good introduction covering the roots of Prime Numbers
in Ancient Greece
and the use of "proof by contradiction " ( reduction ad absurdum - )
in proving the existence of infinite Prime Numbers and the Primes factorisation of Integers
Without proving the randomness of Primes, title of his lecture,
Tao accepts that the structure of Primes is random
and spends the middle section of his presentation on Cryptography
In the closing part of his presentation
Tao, having accepted that the structure of Primes is random without a proof
refers to the unproven Twin Primes and Goldbach's conjectures,
actually both proven.

However
Primes Reside in the [ 6 + 5 ] and [ 6 + 7 ] one column vectors (block of flats)
The structure of their Composites cohabitants in the Primes Residences
is found by the following Constantine Adraktas set of Matrix Multiplication Equations

nothing random with that and it goes far beyond this slide of Terence Tao

with its "the primes also have some local structure"
Primes cohabitate with the Composites residing in the [ 6 + 5 ] and [ 6 + 7 ] Residences
and the above Adraktas set of Matrix Multiplication Equations
lead to the following occupation distribution of the [ 6 + 5 ] and [ 6 + 7 ] blocks of flats

Tao continuous playing the randomness of the Primes tune
as a prelude to Primes approximation formulae
one of them being his own
