Check List Before u apply (or) conform your registration for Convocation/OD on online.
1. Only Those candidates can apply for Convocation whose PC issued date is on or before 31st July 2014.
2. Scanned Copy of a Digital Passport size Photograph (.JPEG format) should be between 100-200 KB.
3. Scanned Copy of Identity proof (.JPEG format), size should be between 100-200 KB.
4. Scanned Copy of Provisional Certificate (.JPEG format), size should be between 200-300 KB.
5. Students should furnish their Provisional Certificate NUMBER (Number that is above the serial no of PC).
6. Use MS PAINT to resize the image (or) Resize the Image If the image size exceeds the given limits.
The List of valid identity proofs are as follows.
a. College Identification Card (Recommended).
b. Aadhar Card
c. Pan Card.
d. Driving License.
e. Voter Identification Card
f. Indian Passport.

Step Wise Procedure to apply for convocation by www.jntuworld.com

Step 1 : Go to http://epayments.jntuh.ac.in/convocation/

Step 2 : Register as a student by clicking on Register .





Step 3 : Now u will be promoted to next page where u need to give your Hall ticket no/Roll no (Should be in
Capital Letters). Click on submit button after u enter the Hall ticket no/Roll no.

Step 4

U will get a Student Registration form, where u need to furnish details given in the page. After filling the
form click on Register





Step 5

You will get all the details which u had entered so that u can verify them & take a print of
the details for future usage. You can click on Return To Login which can be seen on the right
hand bottom of the web page.

Step 6

Now u will return to the main convocation page. Select the radio button Student then
enter your hall ticket number as your username & password (Which u had given at the
time of registration) then click on Login



If u had forgot the password then click on forgot password & enter your hallticket/roll no so that
u can retrieve it.

Step 7

As soon as u login u will be promoted to the page where u need to upload the Photo, Proof of ID & in
next step u need to upload digital image of PC (Scanned copy of PC) as shown in below screen shots.
(Some times u will be just asked only to upload the scanned copy of PC).

Instructions for Uploading Digital Provisional Certificate

a) The PC should be in color and The size of PC should be between 200-300 KB
only.
b) Upload PC in JPEG/JPG format Only.


Click on Submit after u choose file.
Step 8
Select Radio button In-Convocation now as shown in below image. At this point u can even edit the
registration details.

Step 9

You will get an Student Acknowledgement i.e., option to download the PDF file in which your name,
college name, college code & a message stating that You Have Registered For V Convocation
Successfully.




Or else sometimes you will be redirected to the page where a message will be displayed as shown
in the below image. So, by this your conformation for convocation is done.



Click on Logout to exit the convocation page. Do remember the User id & password until u get the
OD. Also keep the Student Acknowledgement safe until u get the OD.
