Land Maintenance
Once youre established we will fertilize (organic or traditional methods) aerate and
dethatch your lawn far to keep it healthy and green.

Sprinkles System
If you want to save money on water and have less yard maintenance, we suggest a
sprinkler system. We designed system from between 4 and 20 stations, for yards as
small as .05 acres to properties as large as 5 acres. We can zone your sprinkler system to
varied flow based on purpose such as lawn versus vegetable garden. Whatever youre
watering needs we can design and install a system that will work for you.
Yard Maintenance
One most popular maintenance services is the spring and fall clean up. We come in
twice a year, shape up the yard and haul it all pruned vegetation, weeds and yard waste.
We also offer fertilizing and pruning of shrubs and trees.
Carpentry Services
Install and build a variety of customized carpentry projects. Our quality handy crafted
carpentry services will leave any room of your home and building looking beautiful even
repaired be looking brand new.

Plumbing Services

The system of pipes, drains fittings, valves, valve assemblies, and devices installed in a
building for the distribution of water for drinking, heating and washing, and the removal of
waterborne wastes, and the skilled trade of working with pipes, tubing and plumbing
fixtures in such systems.

Will installs or repairs piping systems, plumbing fixtures and equipment such as water
heaters and backflow preventers.

pricelist.
La Buesa Green Zouen specializes in grounds and building maintenance, offering to improve your site appearance
and maintenance needs at a low cost. We will provide you with labor proposals and annual landscape schedules
which can be tailored to your property budget.

Youll find the price is extremely competitive, and you can assure that not only do we fair pricing but you will
receive the best service. La Buesa Green Zouen has been known in my homeland in Palawan where most of our
clients was truly satisfied and proud of.
Our suggestion for your prospective Hotel and Restaurant, given the size of your property is to establish a weekly
program of lawn and shrub/ plants, tree care this would include mowing, fertilizing, pruning, and removal of yard
waste. Keeping your landscaping healthy is one of our priorities and will lessen the number of times we will need
to spray for pests. We suggest the very minimum a once yearly application of pesticide for your established trees
for common pests like aphids, which can get severe in our area.
We can keep your landscaping looking healthy and lush. We would happy to provide free estimate for any services
you should choose, and we can further offer you other carpentry services and in and out interior design of your
hotel and restaurant as well.
You will also receive a initial P25, 000.00 deductable which will be use to buy partial plants and design for the
landscaping of your choice. I have included a sample of both the labor proposal and annual landscape schedule
with intensions of showing the type of service we have and the detail that we put forth for all our clients.

Upon your approval of the attached Scope of Work and Pricing, a Contract will be prepared for your
signature. The Contract will include the Scope of Work, Practical Specifications for Landscape
Management and General Terms and conditions.


SCOPE OF WORK

La Buesa Green Zouen proposes to have landscapers, 1 time per week or as needed between the hours
of 8:30am- 4:30pm excluding Sunday and will maintain all groundcover and shrub beds, edging,
detailing, weeding and general clean up on a consistent basis. For pruning, edging, and trimming, the
property will be divided into maintenance sections and be sequenced through. All agronomic
applications such as fertilization, weed control, pest control, mulch, and fungicides labour is included in
our maintenance program. Any trimmings or debris generated from our landscape operation is to be
picked up and removed from the property after each service visit. We do not charge for mulch nor do
we charge for our fertilization, weed control, and pest control, and much more are all part of our scope
of work. Please refer to our Practical Specifications for more information it is located at the end of the
contract. Landscapers are to be the same employees every visit and in La Buesa Green Zouen uniform at
all times.
This property qualifies for a yearly P25,000.00 peso deductable, which is included.

improvement plans, to use as a tool for any type ensuring prompt and repair.

La Buesa Green Zouen can go from grounds to building maintenance due to its skilled and certified
experts encompassing Plumbing, Electrical and Carpentry services. By meeting our eligibility
requirements you automatically lockdown the mentioned trades at P350.00/hr, 24/7, while reducing
your liability exposure with our insurance. We will tailor our frequency and hours to suit you, our client.

The plants in the picture demonstrate the lack of detail that is needed to maintain the landscape at
Ginger Bread House; during our walk we noticed dry patches.



SOLUTION:

We will hand manicure the plants and pay close attention to detail in providing a pristine appearance.
Through proper planning and maintenance a strategic landscape management plan can help save you
money and enhance the beauty of your landscape. By simply utilizing common plants that have the
same type of growth, not over watering, fertilizing, and pruning along with incorporating pest
management practices encourage healthier, disease-resistant plants and reduce the amount of run-off
entering the drains. Note that when plants are overgrown they start demanding more water and start
taking water away from surrounding plants, they also invite pest. We will also pick up any trash that will
affect the landscape appearance and the plants.

maintenance priorities throughout the property. We will jointly develop action plans to accomplish
those priorities, and execute the action plans within an agreed upon timeframe. The success of this
transition requires proper planning and communication between our team and yours. A.H. Inc. is in a
unique position to provide you with a seamless, successful and hassle free transition. Your priorities will
be classified up into 30, 60 and 90 day goals, (or longer).
