manager (PM) who works as a liaison for
the team of designers and developers
who will create your website.
GETTING READY
Your PM will help you compile a list of
things we need from you to get started.
These things often included: your com-
pany logo, style guide, color preferences,
text content and anything else you might
want us to use on your site.
COPY WRITING, SEO,
& PHOTOGRAPHY
During and after the design process, you
will need to be thinking about your web-
sites content. We have a full-time team
of professional writers who are available
if you need assistance editing or writ-
ing the text for your site. This team also
works closely with our SEO experts to
ensure that your site will rank well in or-
ganic searches. Additionally, we have an
on-staff photographer who is available to
come to your location.
DESIGN
Our experienced designers will create a static mock-up
based on the direction given in the initial meeting. Your PM
will communicate a timeline for this rst draft. It is helpful if
you take a little time to nd websites you like and dislike to
give our team an idea of your desired style. Take note of any
features you would like on the site, such as news feed, con-
tact form, photo rotator or social media integration and relay
them to your project manager. The design drafts are meant
to determine overall look & feel and we will rene until we
have developed a design you can be proud of.
DEVELOPMENT
Once your sites design has been approved, we will begin
the development (programming) stage. This is when your
beautiful site begins to actually work. This process moves
most quickly if we have all of your text and images organ-
ized and ready to input. Special features and functions will
be discussed with your PM so our team correctly codes
the site. During this stage we will test the site in multiple
browsers for compatiblility and you will review and notify
us of any questions or necessary changes. Your PM will ask
you for any existing hosting or domain info, and once the
technical aspects are secure, your site is ready to launch!
