Dear Jay,
THE BROADMOOR is delighted to be considered for your upcoming South High Denver 55th
Reunion Event. Please be assured that we will do everything possible to make this a successful
and memorable event. We presently show an ideal opening to accommodate your anticipated
requirement of guest rooms.
Room rates are European Plan, net, and exclude city and state sales taxes, which presently are
9.4%. A Public Improvement Fee (PIF) of 2.25% will be assessed on all purchases at The
BROADMOOR.
RESORT FEE:
In lieu of separate charges for the following services, a daily resort fee will be applied to all guest rooms
in the current amount of $16.00 for single or double occupancy and $2.50 for each additional person.
This daily service charge is subject to change. PIF of 2.25%
• Unlimited access to THE BROADMOOR Fitness Center • In-room coffee and tea service
• Daily service fees for Housekeeping personnel • All incoming faxes
• Toll free access calls and local access calls up to one hour in • Daily newspaper
length
• High-speed Internet in Guestroom
FUNCTION SPACE
Complimentary event space, as long as requirements remain in proportion to your actual guest
room occupancy. No Food and Beverage minimum requirements.
*At this time we are not holding guestrooms or function space, but would be pleased to do so at your
request.

Colorado Springs Airport is approximately 8.3 miles/16 minutes from THE BROADMOOR
Denver International Airport is approximately 89 miles/90 minutes from THE
BROADMOOR
CO Springs Airport round-trip shuttle transportation - $35.00
CO Springs Airport one-way shuttle transportation - $22.50
