Moreau was arrested at 10:18 pm. Moreau was in Saratoga Spgs on a
bus trip to the race track from Massachusetts. It is alleged,
just prior to arrest, he repeatedly punched another male
passenger on the bus. The other passenger sustained a broken nose
and other fractures.

Taylor was originally charged with disorderly conduct on Caroline
Street at 4:50 am.
He was charged later that day with the attempted grand larceny
charge, which stems from the 8/01/2014 attempted theft of the
2004 Pontiac Grand Prix from Beekman Street. Shawn Skidmore is
the other defendant in that case.
No other arrests are expected in that matter.

Funderbunk was arrested at 3:51 am. It is alleged that he walked
over top of a 2012 white convertible BMW (which he did not own)
and cause damage to same by doing so. This took place on Maple
Avenue in the public parking area behind the city center.
