After more than
six years on the
market, including
attempts at owner
selling, two real-
tors, many offers,
one letter of intent, three failed con-
tracts, and nally a successful one,
the property is sold. Praise God from
whom all blessings ow.
When the Board of Directors voted to
sell the property in late 2007 and down-
size to a large mobile home/ofce in
Pinellas Park, Florida, none of us had
any idea of the journey the Lord was
about to lead us on. We almost im-
mediately had a letter of intent from
a commercial neighbor next door to the
property who was looking to expand his
business. An agreement was quickly
reached which seemed like the perfect
deal and we would be on our way with a
big problem solved. But God had a dif-
ferent plan as He often does.
After the agreement was made, sud-
denly the buyer was unable to get the
nancing needed and a short time later
the deal fell through. We still needed
to get out from under the monthly ex-
penses of operating in this large facility
with a very small staff, so we moved to
the mobile home and set up operations
there. Then began the monstrous task
of cleaning out (selling, giving away,
and otherwise disposing of) this 12,000+
sq. ft. building, lled with almost every-
thing imaginable. If not for the willing-
ness, expertise, persistence, relation-
ships, and other helpful abilities of Ron
and Kay Brantner, Im not sure what we
would have done. They took the job and
stayed with it until it was nished.
It would be only a few months later that
the Lord would take Terry and Olive home
to heaven and another transition would
begin. The move to Alabama took sev-
eral trips with trucks and trailers, but how
thankful we were that the down sizing was
already done and the move was much
less difcult than it would have been. We
could see the Lords hand in the timing of
things and were thankful.
Setting up in Alabama simply meant for
the time being expanding my small ofce
in the shop which we use for working
on the Drive-In vehicles and my personal
work. We stored the Drive-In museum
and other such items in a couple of the
spare 5th-wheel trailers. The long term
goal of the Board was to buy a piece of
land in a growing and visible area and
build a ministry facility that would include
ministry tools, Drive-In, a gymnasium,
soccer eld, and ofces with room to
grow the national and international min-
istries. An excellent piece of land was
found and purchased, building plans
were drawn, and plans (Cont. on pg 4)

JIM2ROMANIA
God has been working this summer! We have a com-
pletely new team, they have new ideas, and its been ex-
citing to watch God use them as we go from village to
village. God has given us a
team member who came to
Christ last summer though
the ministry in his village.
God has provided ministry
funds in some great ways!
God has brought us to Austria for a week at the invita-
tion of a Romanian church. This is being written from
Kapfenberg, Austria. God has provided through gifts
to Drive-In, for our van to receive some much needed
repairs. God brought my pastor and wife from Michigan
in early June. He came to speak about discipleship at a
Bible school. He has written a workbook to use when
discipling an individual, and it is translated into Roma-
nian! We continue to
need ministry funds,
we continue to need
prayer for God to work
in hearts this summer,
as well as our own. The
photo is at the church in Austria. What a beautiful place!
Thanks for praying and giving! God bless you!!

We went up to the Alabama Headquarters recently to
get a newer van. We also
delivered our older van to
Matt Bishop of First Bap-
tist Church in Spartanburg,
SC., who will take the older
van into Kentucky to use at
a Christian camp and sev-
eral churches in that area.
He will lead several teams of young people from his
church during the summer.

God blessed our time in Bogota and Ambalema, Colom-
bia, working with Drive-In
Ministries and Renacer
Iglesia Bautista the end of
June. My job was to work
with the VBS
folks. We
had 120 kids of all ages
that heard the Gospel of
Jesus Christ in a colorful
and easy to understand
way. Many accepted Jesus as their Savior. They
did crafts, songs, and learned it is fun to go to church!
Gracias a mis nuevos amigos y amigas en Ambalema y
Bogot. Bendiciones y Dios los bendiga!
General Fund Update
The summer months are our peak time for ministry during
the year. It is also the most expensive time, an additional
$1000.00+ per month.
Any extra gifts you can give this quarter are greatly needed
and appreciated. Thank You!
Colombia
by Stephen Jones
I am extremely thankful for my experience in Colombia! I had
the great privilege of meeting many of the people that my dad
told me about. I am always excited to hear from dad about
his trips, but having the opportunity to go with him on an-
other trip was truly a great experience. I was nervous at rst
because I did not know what the people would be like or how
different their culture might be. I found out very quickly that
they are a very loving people.
We were able to accomplish several objectives during this
trip. One of the main reasons we went was to replace the
canvas on the Mobile Unit. We successfully replaced the can-
vas on our rst day there which allowed us to use the Mobile
Unit more effectively. The church there in Bogota has a great
passion to see the people of Ambalema come to know Christ!
Their goal is to plant a church and to train a pastor for that
church. Ambalema is a town about ve hours from Bogota.
Each time they take a ministry team to Ambalema, they are
increasing their reach to more and more people. I admire the
willingness of the team to go to Ambalema, but what is even
more amazing, is that they cannot wait to go back the next time.
I spoke with one young woman who was very sad she could not
return this trip due to the fact she had to nish some classes.
I could see and hear her disappoint-
ment, and after having been with them
myself I can understand why she was
so disappointed.
The friendships
I have formed
and the love
I have for my Col ombi an
brothers and sisters in Christ is
i ndescri babl e. I pray that God will
continue to use each and every one of
them in a mighty way for His glory! God bless you all for sup-
porting this ministry through prayer and nancial support. It has
made a difference in my life, and in the lives of many people
throughout Colombia and several other countries around the
world! Thank you!
Ministry Clips
Peru by Don Rich
On June 7, we presented another video on a square in Cajamarca using the Mobile Unit. We had forty-ve present and
10 made decisions for Christ! We are planning another presentation very soon in a rural farming community where
a national pastor is holding Bible studies and wants to start a church.
We have seen at least 17 decisions for Christ since our last prayer letter! It is always a blessing to bring more mem-
bers into His family. Only God knows the impact that we have for Christs kingdom when we win a soul for Him.
Guatemala by Wilfred Johnson
The rst year students of Guatemala Bible Seminary hosted mobile meetings
coordinated by Rober Cardona, an alumnus of the school, between March 1st
and May 24th. They went to 5 different cities, with many in attendance, 34 con-
versions, and 4 rededications.
The seminary president, Rafael Vargas, recently spent time in the U.S. making
contacts, raising support for the school, and he also stopped by the Drive-In ofce in Prattvile to give an update.
Nigeria by George Adeniyi
It was a glorious day when our general overseer of the
Gospel Faith Mission International dedicated the bus and
the equipment. l was so exited and all the staff members
were as well!

(cont. from pg 1) were moving forward in anticipation of
the sale of the Florida property and subsequent building
of the rst phase of the new facility. But again the Lord
had a different time-line.
About this time the economy fell apart and suddenly our
Florida property lost a third of its value. Then over the
next few years it dropped to half its value. Needless to
say the Alabama development was put on hold.
These last four years with the economy struggling to
rebound have taken us on an almost daily pursuit be-
fore the Lord to know His will and plan for these proper-
ties and the continuation of DIM. We are called to live
by faith when we understand the will of the Lord and
when we dont, and we didnt. Yet He has been faith-
ful to sustain us and carry us forward through nancial
crises, failed contracts, and much more. During all this
time and these difculties, we have never turned down a
request for a mobile meeting for nancial reasons. The

Lord not only sustained us but our supporters as well
and we are so grateful.
Many of you have labored with us in prayer through this
process and have encouraged us along the way. I cant
begin to tell you how much that has meant to us, and
we want to thank you and ask Gods special blessings
on you.
Now, having sold the property, but not having gotten
near the original value, we are still about $60,000 short
of the $500,000 needed for the rst phase of the new
facility. While that seems like a lot for most of us, I be-
lieve, without a doubt, that the Lord has or is equipping
one or more people who could easily and immediately
give this balance just as each of us give our portion.
Sometimes He uses one person, sometimes He uses
many, but He is faithful in all things and we will con-
tinue to trust Him. I hope and ask that you will continue
with us as we push toward this next milestone in the
growth, development, and outreach of DIM.
