T.MURALIDHARAN,( CHAIRMAN, TMI GROUP):
INTRODUCTION:
T.Muralidharan, a first generation entrepreneur, made his mark in the recruitment
space by setting up three medium sized professional outfits- TMI Network, C&K
Management Ltd. and TMI First. Started in 1991, TMI Network
(www.tminetwork.com) is Indias largest Recruitment Advertising agency and a top
5 recruiting firm. C&K Management Ltd (www.cnkonline.com) started in 2000, is
one of Indias largest comprehensive content and knowledge services company.
TMI First (www.tmifirst.com), the latest baby of the group started in 2005, focuses
on campus / fresher recruitments. Together, the three enterprises founded by him
employ over 350 professionals who work from their six offices in India and one in
Dubai and have a large client base of over 400 corporates in the IT & non-IT sector.

A graduate of IIT Chennai & IIM Ahmedabad, Muralidharan was first associated with
NOCIL (a shell JV in India) but he gave it up to enter the seeds business and
subsequently into the recruitment & recruitment advertising space. What started
with an initial investment of Rs.50, 000 in 1991 is today a fledging group with a
turnover of over Rs. 237 Million.
He firmly believes that 'fitment' is all about making the 'right' candidate work for
the 'right' company, in the 'right' job. A pioneer in his own right, he has many 'first's
to his credit including 'The Manage Mentor' (www.themanagementor.com) which is
a Continuous Professional Educational(e-CPE) tool for practicing managers and the
'Jointly Owned Job Oriented'(JOJO) model of recruitment, which promotes earning
while learning.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Mr. Muralidharans main focus currently, is in helping young peopl e,
especially from disadvantaged sections of the society succeed by giving them
access to corporate jobs and in essence, connecting education to
employment.
TMI First, the key facilitator of this vision currently has a mandate to hire
1200 individuals (including 10th & 12th class pass outs and graduates) from
over 170 small towns spread across 16 states in India.
He believes in giving as much weightage to the means of success as to the
ends. He is currently working on launching an employability coaching
institute for rural youth in the country.
He manages the business operations of TMI group.

T. SREEDHAR,( MANAGING DIRECTOR, TMI NETWORK)
Sreedhar (Sree) is an entrepreneur at heart and loves the challenges that come with
it. A Mechanical engineer and a management graduate, Sreedhar started his career
with Castrol India (now known as BP) and later moved to Johnson & Johnson as the
Regional Sales Manager. Soon, he gave it all up to join TMI Network in 1994, a
startup in the recruitment space at that time. He has since then, strengthened
TMI's operational presence across the country through branches in 6 I ndian metros.
Over the past decade, Sree has been involved in talent consulting, providing
customer centric solutions to over 300 corporates across the IT and Non-IT sectors
and most of them are his clients even today. Sree has also spearheaded TMI's
diversification into Executive Search, Integrated Recruitment Solutions, Strategic
Surveys and Employer Branding initiatives. He sees the success of his own
organization as a reflection of the clients that TMI has helped succeed. A
customer's problem is a challenge he says, and it is these challenges that he looks
forward to, as they facilitate the conception of innovative solutions every time.
He is currently focusing on achieving operational excellence to enable customers to
get better benefits. One of the most cherishing aspects of his profession, he feels, is
that of career counselling and finding the 'right' opportunity for the 'right
candidate'. Over the years, Sree, has interacted with close to 100,000 professionals
and helped around 20,000 of them to make the right progression in their
professional career. Many of them are today acting as the brand ambassadors of
the group. He is also an Ex-Chairman of the Executive Recruiters Association (ERA),
a national body for the recruiting fraternity and has been championing the cause of
ethical professional practices.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
His present focus is on architecting innovative and integrated solutions for
leadership hiring for his client organizations and being the Talent Manager for
those who seek his counsel.
He firmly believes that the key to success, both professionally and personally,
is to sustain relationships beyond transactions. Having experienced the work
cultures of both a British and an American MNC to begin with, Sree has drawn
upon the best of both and coupled with his own insightful leadership, built an
organization that is customer driven, both in philosophy and in action.
He has nurtured an enduring culture that is fun to work in, intellectually
challenging and conducive to personal growth.
He manages the business operations related to entity TMI NETWORK.
