The Contractor doesn;t have to have on"site frst aid capabilities but they must have a process that doesn;t rely on Agilent. 7any Agilent sites have trained emergency responders who may respond to medical emergencies. .owever Agilent 4mergency Aesponse Teams may not be available during all work hours or on weekends and holidays. 2.* E+,u,t!on% 1 All Contractor and !ub"Contractor personnel must know the evacuation alarm signals emergency evacuation routes and evacuation assembly$staging areas for their primary work locations. 'hen the building alarm sounds or notifcation is given all individuals 7B!T evacuate. 2.- In!d&nt R&$ort!n: All incidents resulting in in&uries that require medical treatment 2i.e. more than frst aid3 and property damage or Cnear missC incidents that could have resulted in serious in&ury or property damage must immediately be reported to the Agilent 1ro&ect 7anager$.ost in writing or via email. These records shall be available for inspection upon request by Agilent within the scope of applicable data privacy regulations. The Contractor must inform all Contractor and !ub"Contractor personnel of the presence of .CJ7 in the areas identifed. Contractor and !ub"Contractor personnel shall avoid disturbing .CJ7 materials on ceiling pipes boilers or other areas. Contractors who plan to disturb .CJ7 must inform the Agilent 1ro&ect 7anager$.ost well in advance to ensure proper notifcation is met and businesses have enough time to plan for potential interruptions. 6nly persons licensed and trained in .CJ7 operations and maintenance or removal activities shall perform any work that may disturb or remove hazardous containing building materials. *f material is found suspected of containing .CJ7 that has not been identifed on the site"specifc information a certifed asbestos inspector or qualifed .CJ7 technician for material other than asbestos must investigate this material before the suspect material is disturbed.
