appropriate work of VoIP, security systems. Implements network management and automate system
troubleshooting. Configure install and maintain Internetworking devices. Expert in configuration and
troubleshooting complex VoIP Protocols (H323, MGCP, SIP, SCCP) and Routing Protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP).

Projects

National Guard Health Affairs King Abdulaziz Medical City:
Phase-1 IT elements and was heading the design, development and installation of all Active and Passive IT
infrastructure. Phase-2 Implementation of converged network; Installation and configuration of LAN/WAN and
Cisco Unified Communication Manager 8.2 publisher and subscriber configuration was include NTP, Phone
registration customization SIP and SCCP, Device pool, codec, Partition and CSS, LDAP, add H323 Gateways and
Gatekeeper.

Ministry of Defense:
Implement the Polycom Intelligent Core infrastructure, including RMX, CMA, DMA, and VBP solutions based on
its ability to manage the control 50 plus sites Kingdom wide. The video suites include two (2) Polycom RPX
immersive rooms (Riyadh and Jeddah) and a large number of HDX based room telepresence systems (ATX and
OTX). The HDX rooms are being implemented in many locations, they include wall mounted displays and
Plasma system. The Global Management System provides the IT staff with monitoring and control capabilities
for all of the MoD systems Kingdom wide.

Rateema Company:
Install and configure Cisco Unified Communication Manager Express ver 8.6 on ISR Router 2911 configuration
was include NTP, Phone registration and customization SCCP, Cor list and Cor custom for call control, BACD, 4
FXO port, Extension Mobility, Cisco unity Express for Voice mail service.

Abdullatif Alissa Group:
Restructured Data Network, Implements VoIP technologies with Cisco Unified Communication Manager

LG New Allied
Installation and configuration of mikrotik router OS for QOS and bandwidth management.
Implemented the LG MPS (Multi Power System inverter) Control System with LGAP (LG A/C Protocols).
Installation configuration for more than 20 online servers, including PDC/DC, AD, ISA, File Server, Oracle Application
and Report (10g and 11i) Servers, Disaster Recovery and Backup Appliance. NOC is 24/7 Operational with live in
house Application (http://khi.nae.com.pk), Karachi Braches connect with Fiber Link and all other Countrywide
Branches connect with deferent mediums Link Leased line, DXX and DSL etc. to HO. Installation configuration of call
center on asterisk for 20 agents with digium 8 port FXO card.

Orix E-Business Division:
Installation and configuration of HYPERCOM MAGA NAC 8000. In which our team install 2 uplink and 2 downlink
Cards. For network monitoring we also install VeriFoneView. I am Responsible for smooth connectivity of Regional
Network (Hyderabad, Sukkur and entire Sindh region) with head office in Karachi and Handling & Troubleshooting
of Point of Sales (POS) Terminals. We are mainly using Hypercom Terminals (ICE-5500 & PICE-5000), T7 PLUS, T2700
and Omni 360, 460. We also provide Technical Support over Phone calls for existing and new Customers. I have
delivered complete solution of Routing & Switching to our Customer Sui Sidran Gas Company Pakistan (SSGC).


A brief summary of configurations which I have performed in my recent role:

Configuration of Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM 6.x, 7.x and 8.x), Cisco Unified
Communication Manager Express(CUCME 6.x, 7.x and 8.x),
Configuration of Rapid STP, Layer 2 QoS, Access & Trunk links, Storm Control, Port Security, Inter-vlan
routing & HSRP, Modular Quality of Service, Static routing, PBR, VOIP QoS
Configuration of Rip, EIGRP, OSPF, ABR, ASBR and Summarization, authentication, redistribution and
filtering.
Configuration of BGP Attributes; Local Preference, Weight, Route-Reflector, Next Hop and route maps for
path preference
Configuration of Traffic Engineering, E1, DXX, Wimax, Frame-relay, Load balancing, utilizing multiple links.
Configuration of ACLs, NAT, SNMP, DHCP, TFTP, SSH, Netflow, Syslog, User authentication and command
authorization, providing different privileges to users using AAA tacacs+ and radius with ACS
Deployed VPN using IP-IP Tunneling for IPVPN customers, Site-to-Site & Easy VPN
