FARM MANAGER (Immediate Opening)
The Farm Manager works under the direction and supervision of the Director of Operations to ensure the
successful and controlled operation of the farm. This individuals role is to tend to the health and welfare of
produce grown at the facility. The Farm Manager must schedule and manage production to ensure the
facility obtains sales goals. The farm manager must analyze farm techniques and procedures, provide
strategies for improvement and reduce the cost of overhead. The farm manager manages all production
personal to provide structure and discipline for farm. The farm manager is ultimately responsible for all
products associated with the farm which includes the Tilapia farm, the production of nutrient enhanced
water, micro greens and produce.

REQUIRED: Horticultural background and at least 3-5 years experience in management of a team of 10
or more employees.
SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Selovita is seeking sales candidates to service the Florida Turf and Crop industry. We are an Agri- tech
company that has developed an innovative delivery system of beneficial soil microbiology to assist in the
growth and maintenance of crops and turf. Candidates must have some background and working
knowledge in turf-grass management or crop production as well as proven sales experience and training.

REQUIRED: Knowledge in agriculture, nutrient management practices, biology, microbiology, and soil
science. History of building relationships and proven sales success will secure this opportunity.
AQUA (FISH) TECHINICIAN
The Aqua Technician works under the direction and supervision of the Assistant Farm Manager and the Farm
Manager to carry out directives associated with the daily functions of the farm and is responsible for the
maintenance and operation of equipment throughout the facility. Aqua Technician conducts work associated with
the production of our Nutrient Enriched Water (N.E.W.) and the daily operation of the fish house. The employees
responsibilities include:
- Manage the exchange of water in aquaculture facility - Balance flow in aquaculture system
- Handle the maintenance and upkeep of equipment - Conduct system disinfections
- Process N.E.W.and handles deliveries of NEW - Assist with harvests
- Performs irrigation and plumbing repairs and installation - Perform water testing
- Responsible for the facilities ground maintenance - Execute pest control strategies
- Occasionally substitutes for Farmer I - Work on specialty projects
REQUIRED: Advanced mechanical, plumbing and handyman skills; background in marine biology or
water treatment is a plus.

REQUIRED: Knowledge in agriculture, nutrient management practices, biology, microbiology, and soil

STAFF ACCOUNTANT (Immediate Opening)
The staff accountant is responsible for the daily, monthly, and annual accounting processes, including
reconciliations, financial statement preparation and analysis, and budget variance analysis. In charge of sales tax
filing, various internal audits and operational support. Manages the overall budget preparation process in which a
zero based budget approach is utilized and is responsible for compiling, consolidating and reporting of budgets,
including the vetting and voting process. Maintains fixed asset setup and deprecation in a fixed asset sub-ledger
system, for both book and tax reporting. Performs fixed asset physical inventory and asset write off. Assists and
advises staff members in resolving general issues that arise with internal and external customers. Participates in the
preparation of schedules and reports required for annual audit and manages A/P and A/R.

REQUIRED: Advanced knowledge of Sage accounting system and has minimum of 7-10 years advanced
accounting management experience.
LOGISTICS COORDINATOR
The Logistics Coordinator works under the direction and supervision of the Farm Manager and Director of
Operations to coordinate the distribution of Selovita, dba Florida Urban Organics products. The logistics
coordinator is responsible for the preparation and distribution of produce, micro greens, fish and Nutrient Enriched
Water (N.E.W.) in an efficient and timely manner. The logistics coordinator works in concert with the harvest
supervisor, assistant farm manager and the sales/marketing department to provide first rate handling and delivery
service to our customers. The employee will be required to perform their duties in compliance with our standards
and the standards of our organic QCS and Global GAP certifications. This employee shall provide Selovita he
following services and/or duties:
- Work with the harvest center, sales and the assistant farm manager to coordinate the packaging, tracking
and delivery of products
- Assist with the management and procurement of supplies and inventory
- Manage the maintenance of packaging and delivery equipment/machinery
- Coordinate the procurement and execution of shipping service contracts/services
- Assist with the establishment and implementation of logistical S.O.P.s
- Assist with the training and enforcement of logistic S.O.P.s
- Assists with the oversight of shipping and receiving employees and interns
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintains logstoical logs - Prepares reports
REQUIRED: Management skills and experience; strong analytical and problem solving skills; advanced IT and
logistics skills and experience in a fast pace environment.
FARM WORKER (General Laborer)
The Farm Worker works under the direction and supervision of the Assistant Farm Manager and the Farm
Manager to execute daily farm directives associated with the daily functions of the farm. The employees
responsibilities include:
- Handle many of the daily farm tasks or directives - Prepare coconut coir
- Feed fish, restock food, and maintain cleanliness of fish house - Assist with harvest
- Water plants and monitor functionality of irrigation systems - Execute pest control measures
- Record daily parameters using instrumentation - Assist with custodial responsibilities
- Manage compost piles - Wash reusable resources
- General labor associated with the functionality of the farm
