DEED OF SALE WITH THE RIGHT TO REPURCHASE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:



I, YOLANDA D. GOBOY, of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of Guisijan,
Laua-an, Antique, Philippines for and in consideration of the sum of FIFTY THOUSAND
PESOS ONLY (Php 50,000.00) Philippine Currency paid to me in hand by the ANTIQUE
BIBLE MISSIONARY CENTER INC., Filipino and with a resident of Guisijan, Laua-an,
Antique, Philippines do hereby by these presents sell cede, transfer and convey by the way of
Absolute Sale With the Right to Repurchase (Pacto de Recto) a parcel of land situated at
Guisijan, Laua-an, Antique more particularly described as follows to wit:

A parcel of caneland located at Guisijan, Laua-an, Antique with the following
boundaries:

North Bagumbayan 3780 South - 3503, 3501
East 3503 West Manguibo Creek
containing an area of about 4200 sq. m more or less with Cad Lot No. 3502.

That the above described property is being sold to ANTIQUE BIBLE MISSIONARY
CENTER INC., Guisijan, Laua-an, Antique with the Right to Repurchase has been acquired by
inheritance to PACITA D. GOBOY AND SALVACION D. GOBOY.

That is the condition of this Deed of Sale With the Right to Repurchase that the Vendor
reserved his right to repurchase the above-described land anytime provided that the purchase
price in the amount of FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 50,000.00) Philippine currency
be returned to the corporation without any impediment and hindrances return the above
described land to my heirs and assigns.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have set my hand this _________ day of 2014 at San Jose,
Antique, Philippines.
