 12. General condition: both parts undertake to carry out strictly all terms and
conditions of this contract, any disputes arisen (if any) cannot be settled with amicable
negotiation will be final decision.
This contract is subject to Incoterms 2000, made into copies in English each part
keeps 01 having equal, validity and coming into effect from the signing date to
30/11/2008.
