CHAPTER 4
METHODOLOGY

The proponents must see the potential of the client before we
create a dynamic website for their business.

COORDINATION
During the proponents project study, the proponents started to
gather information about the requirements to get in order to do and
complete their task for this project study. The proponents coordinate
with their adviser to accomplish the different requirements. These are
the dates as follows:

November 14, 2012 the proponents have been oriented about
this project study.
November 21, 2012 the proponents meet their client for the
interview and for the signing of Letter of Request and
Memorandum of Agreement.
January 23, 2013 the proponents submitted the evaluation
forms for 3 logos and 3 calling cards.
January 28, 2013 the proponents submitted the evaluation
forms for 3 website banners and 3 flyers.

MEETING WITH THE CLIENT
After the proponents oriented by their adviser, they searched an
existing business a day after.
November 15 was their schedule on searching a client and it was
not been successful. They searched about 3 existing businesses
without a website, hair salon, dental clinic, preschools near on
the CDSP campus; the proponents had made a decision to go to
other place to find a client and the proponents find a newly
opened hair salon namely Freddie and Andrei Hair Salon.
November 21, 2012, proponents conducted an interview in the
hair salon and the signing of Letter of Request and Memorandum
of Agreement.
On the following days, the proponents have met again their
client for the additional information that they need in developing
the website and evaluating logos, website banners, calling cards,
flyers, and catalogues.

BRAINSTORMING
Brainstorming happened to the proponents when they are
designing and developing the website layout. This was taken place on
December 7 onwards, they are thinking of what to do on the site to

make nice and presentable to the client. After proponents having a
planned they had started implementing all their ideas on how it flows.


PLANNING OF THE WEB LAYOUT AND WEB DESIGN
During the brainstorming, planning the web layout and design
had happened too. The proponents began to have a layout and design,
when they started making their website.

PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION
The Proponents meet the desired implementing process when
they have finished the study of the system. The effectiveness and the
accuracy together with the purpose of the website such us promoting
the services of the business.
