Abstract - Health Literacys most important objective
is to assist individuals to understand their health.
We presented our design process to an audience of
medical professionals and academics, highlighting
how Service Design methods could be used to inno-
vate communication. The result was a visual, engag-
ing poster that sparked conversation and excitement
within many attendees of the conference
