Consistent POWER MAX PERFORMANCE

Powerful, Consistent Weed Control

Roundup PowerMAX is a new Roundup agricultural herbicide formulation that offers powerful,
consistent weed control. Its enhanced consistency of control has been proven on hard-to-control
weeds such as velvetleaf, lambsquarters, purslane, kochia and morningglory.
In the spring of 2007, over 1,000 growers and retailers previewed Roundup PowerMAX on more than
300,000 acres. These field trials confirmed that Roundup PowerMAX delivers more consistent control
on harder-to-control weeds than its predecessor, Roundup Original MAX.

The consistency with the new Roundup formulation has been

excellent. We saw a more thorough kill over Roundup Original MAX
in the side-by-side we sprayed, especially on the bigger weeds.

Roundup PowerMAXConsistent Performance You Can See

Roundup PowerMAX weed-to-weed and field-to-field consistency has been demonstrated
in fluorescence imaging research. The images below, comparing 24 individual nightshade
species weeds, were photographed four hours after application.

Roundup PowerMAX did a wonderful job. It took care of the giant ragweed, the kochia, the lambsquarters
it just fried everything except the soybeans.

Proven Performance versus Roundup Imitator Products

In addition to field trials, Roundup PowerMAX performance has been tested in greenhouse
research versus imitator herbicide products. These tests have shown that Roundup PowerMAX
provides more consistent, powerful control of hard-to-control weeds.
