2. CANCELATION AND REFUND

3. PP HILANG
Bila PP original hilang, maka pembeli PP akan mendapatkan PP substitude pada saat
mereka registrasi di VIP 1 dan copy ini akan berlaku dan bisa digunakan.

1. Luasan unit
Luasan yang dicantumkan dalam semua dokumen kita adalah Net Area, bukan Semi Gross
Area (SGA).
Yang dimaksud Net area di sini adalah luasan didalam unit As to As ditambah balkon bila
ada dan proporsional common area
Sedangkan SGA adalah luasan Net Area ditambah proporsional luasan Common Area,
seperti lobby lift, koridor, facilities, dsb.
Biasanya developer lain menggunakan SGA, sehingga unit kelihatan lebih besar dan harga
permeter persegi menjadi lebih murah. Untuk Tower hillcrest, Efficiency dari Net Area ke
SGA adalah kurang lebih 93%. Cara perhitungannya:
Misalnya Net area = 130 m2 ; maka

SGA = 130 m2 / 93%
= 130 m2 X (100/93)
= 130 X 1.075
= 140 m2
