I, JAY-AR LIMBAWAN, Filipino Citizen, of legal age , single and with the
address of #123 Central Balacbac , Baguio City after having been duly sworn in
accordance with the law, I do here by depose and state that:
QUESTION NO.1: Please state your name and other personal circumstances.
A: I am Jay-ar Limbawan, 22 years old Single and a resident of #123 Central
Balacbac , Baguio City
2.Q: What Prompted you here?
A: I am here to testify regarding the stabbing incident
3.Q: Why are you giving your statement?
A: Im giving my statement to clean my name regarding the alleged stabbing.
4.Q: Do you know that the evidence against you is very strong?
A: No sir , all of the evidence against me is a lie.
5.Q: Where are you when the incident happens?
A: Im at the SM city Baguio so its impossible for me to commit the said
incident.
6.Q: Do you know that theres a lot of people who saw you during the incident?
A: They are all lying sir.
7.Q: Why did you say that?
A: I dont know sir but all Im saying is to believe me because as I told you
that Im at SM during the incident.
8.Q: The investigator has no more to ask, do you have more to say or theres
anything that you want to retract from your statement?
A: No sir.
9.Q: In your honest opinion did you give your statement freely and voluntarily?
A: Yes sir.
10.Q: Are you willing then to affix your signature in the statement of yours to
prove the veracity of the same?

A: Im giving my statement for my classmate who was been stabbed.
4.Q: So what is your relationship to the victim?
A: Im his classmate.
5.Q: Where are you when the incident happens?
A: I am at the same room where the incident happened
6.Q: How was your classmate stabbed?
A: He was stabbed three (3) times at his chest while we are having our class.
7.Q: Was he Your friend
A: Yes sir.
