In Vivo Pharmacology Work:

• Small animal surgery, collection of blood and various tissue types for ex vivo
analysis( primary cell culture, fix tissue for histology work)
• Animal injections, dosing by using various routes of administration (IV, PO,
SC, IM, ID, IP)
• Animal bleeding, assessment (clinical observations, health checks, and disease
scoring).
• Establishing tumor models in mice and rat by injecting tumor cells or
performing subcutaneous (SC) implant for cancer pharmacology study
• Acute, chronic toxicity experiments
