The DSCC is a national party committee formed by the Democratic members of the U.S. Senate to help
raise funds to provide services for Democratic U.S. Senate incumbents and candidates throughout the
country. The DSCC can accept donations from individuals up to $28,500 per calendar year and from
PACs up to $15,000 per calendar year. Under federal law, the DSCC may contribute up to $39,900 per
election cycle to candidates for the U.S. Senate.
